I was getting ready to reconstitute some SS-31 that had been in the freezer. I needed to double check the COA and testing results on the vial and when I went to look it, the batch number on the vial didn't correspond to the correct COA on their website. I emailed their customer service with a photo of the vial and explained my concerns. Not even 6 hours later I had a response explaining the mishap. They were in the process of updating all of the COA's and that batch of SS-31 hadn't been uploaded to the website yet. So she included a pdf of the COA and testing results and was really happy that I had brought that to their attention. So because of the quick action and response I got, I will continue to purchase from them.
