@gym.rat Where are you finding where it shows NFT? I've never seen that. Every time I've ordered from them, it shows in my receipts Puratek, LLC.

That's really odd. I've ordered from them multiple times and have never had a single issue. And checkout couldn't have been any easier.

@Snake-Pepskin Nice work! I started on compounded Tirzepatide back in December at 2.125mg. Stayed there through the first part of February then moved up to 4.25mg. Was happy with that dose but had to come off of it completely for about a month and a half, due to some medical reasons. Back on it now at my initial dose but have added Survo to the mix. 4 weeks at 500mcg, now I'm at 750mcg, and I feel I'm really responding well to that combo. Usually take the Survo 3 days after my Tirz.

@Randy Thanks! First, I'm very thankful that it is benign. But it sucks because of where it is in my neck, removing it is very risky. It is literally next to my jugular vein and since it's attached to my C4 peripheral nerve bundle removing it could lead to some right side facial paralysis and numbness in my right arm. So that's their reasoning for just wanting to "watch it". But if it gets any closer to or restricting blood flow to my jugular they'll have to take it out. Oh well.. Positive note, I have hit the 70 lb weight loss mark! Thanks again for your comment!

I recently found out that I have a benign C4 peripheral nerve sheath tumor in my right neck called a Schwannoma. It's an extremely slow growing type of tumor that I've had for over 20 years. Due to its size and location, the doctors have decided to just monitor it rather than a risky surgery to remove it. I mentioned to my Neurologist about the peptides I'm wanting to take to help with my body recomposition, and he said specifically to stay away from these:
Sermorelin, Hexarelin, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, Tesamorelin, MK-677, BPC-157, TB-500 (TB4), NAD+ and GHK-Cu.

Now I have to figure out what to do with all the supply I have in my chest freezer. Needless to say, I'm pretty bummed out about this.

My breakfast protein smoothie:

200g Nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 cup 2% Reduced Fat Ultra-Filtered Milk
1 scoop Levels Grass Fed Whey Protein Vanilla
1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries

426 Calories, 57g Protein, 33g Carbs

@martinmarin That's just part of it. My pens do it too. There's always going to be some loss to be expected. I lose 2 units before every pin priming the pen needle to make sure I get my correct dose.

@Eleanor When did you start experiencing the sugar cravings with Survo? Luckily I haven’t experienced that yet, but I’m still on a pretty low dose of Survo at the moment. Was at 500mcg, but I just bumped it up to 750mcg after 4 weeks. I’ve never been that much of a sweets person so I’m just curious if those cravings come at a higher dose. But so far, I’m really loving the Survo with my Tirz. I just titrated up to 3mg of Tirz every six days then I take the Survo three days after my Tirz with no issues.

@HockeyRat At this point I do believe that the Xulin and the V4 are my two favorites to use. The V4 is just so buttery smooth just like the Xulin.

So you’re using the same pen needle for all of your pins? You should be using a new pen needle for every injection. They are designed for single-use only. And if you’re researching that many with only one pen, you should grab a few more pens. There are so many things that could go wrong.

Here is why reusing or sharing a needle between different peptides is unsafe. Cross-Contamination: Injecting different peptides with the same needle can introduce traces of one peptide into the vial of another. This can cause the substances to chemically interact, degrade, and lose their potency or efficacy. Infection Risk: Once a needle pierces your skin, it is exposed to bacteria and is no longer sterile. Reusing it increases the risk of developing localized skin infections or abscesses. Blunting and Pain: Even after a single use, the microscopic tip of a needle can bend, barb, or become dull. Reusing a blunted needle damages the skin, increasing pain, bruising, and tissue irritation. Medication Spills: Leaving a needle attached to a pen between uses can cause the peptide solution to leak or crystallize, which leads to inaccurate dosing.

I’m pretty much done ordering from Amazon. Even with Prime it still takes 5-7 for delivery where I live, so I’ve gone to ordering from online medical supply stores. Such as Medexsupply.com. I know what I’m getting and when it’s going to arrive.

@Stevepep The regular BAC water expires Feb of 2028, with the exception of the one that I marked “use first”, that one is Aug of 2027. The two BAC 0.9% NaCl water expires Aug of 2027 as well.

Personally, I think your breather needle and your needle attached to the filter are too small. I’ve always used either a 29ga or 30ga breather needle, and use a 25ga 1-1/2 inch needle attached to my filter. Never had any issues.
