The only kits I've bought is Cagri from Nexaph, which is fabulous; otherwise, I just don't need anymore peps for now.

S1 RESEARCH: Just bot KPV 10mg, $30/vial, 2 vials, 8/26 Freedom COA, good fill, used PC's site code, paid w/Zelle = $67 w/all the ship/protection added. They also have a decent price on their SS-31 30mg, $85, real nice fill. Use the method above to pay and it's less. I got enough SS31 from them for now, but FYI. Their NAD+buf is great! You know how I am about my NAD+buf. If you're paranoid about ILS and their 1000mg, they've apparently gotten the msg. and gone back to Freedom for 500mg, $45 vial, real nice fill.

PEPTIDE PLUGS: WOLVERINE PLUS - I've been looking for an ready mixed blend WITHOUT COPPER for a while and just hadn't found one that I liked, but Plugs has it and it's real good for my needs. HOWEVER, the shipping cost is too expensive $20 for me, for one vial. He did throw in a vial of Cagri when I late ordered it and asked him, so he is willing. If he lowers the shipping price, I will buy more from him; it's a real nice mix, but you know what a bitch I am on pricing and vendors who, IMO, aren't behaving right. For now, I'm mixing my own, simply because of price. Make of it what you will.

@Stan-Douglas said: I can see buying Mots, NAD, 4-Am in kits but your SS, Epitalon, Fox... a kit will last you YEARS! I guess it depends upon the protocol you're on and the mg. vials. The 2 vials of 50mg. SS31 will last 12 wks, at least, if I take it every day. I don't want years worth. This post was intended for those who do NOT want kits to start off.

I have terrible allergies in Spring and esp. Fall, when TX Hill Country Cedar pollen blows SE into my part of the State. This year has been esp. bad, as we've had a lot of rain, then sunny heat, which makes everything come back to life; as they bake and almost die, another round of heavy rain, then the oven again.

There is a product (sublig drops) called Texas Cedar Fever that's pretty good but it takes a couple of days to really work. Anyone know of a pep or peps that might help and work faster?

    Mucho Thanks!

I am! I appreciate life and I do what I can to be the healthiest that I can, within reason, lol. I want to see my grandchildren grow up!

Jeff- kindly relocate if not appropriate for a new category.

Multi-vial care package delivered today from BioLongevity, pinned both with 30 minutes between each. No site reactions, feel fine, great actually.

Super intrigued by both, I've done my homework. 60's male in great health, 2.5 year carnivore, focused on maximizing healthspan. Anyone else throwing caution to the wind and researching these two?

@TBone - thanks for the heads up - managed to get two orders together. 40 weeks of supply. Should last a year with the odd off cycle thrown in every once in a while

I see a lot online about people running either of these compounds daily for 10-20 days or whatever and then taking a break. Anyone have experience just taking these as needed? Like on a day where anxiety is more prevalent or a day of heavy workload for Semax? Or does it really need to build in your system to be effective?

I have taken these two way over 2 months. I only have taken a two week break recently. I start my day with both and now in then I run them individually more or less as needed depending on my day's agenda. I tried them subq and been doing intranasal since. Subq 1mg and nasal 100-250mcgs seems to last 6-8hours. Nasal dosages seem to last longer. But yes I do take a few extras sprays when I need that extra extra.

I am trying to find out if the Korean Glutathione (like what southern aminos sells), which they indicate is pharmacy grade is any better than what I would get from another random vendor that uses their vendor label. Does anyone have an experience? Do I need a COA with the Korean pharmaceutical, is it legit? And why are the prices so extreme? Some places it is more than half the price for same sized vial. Just doing my best to navigate this product. Thanks for any help!

@WisGal64 I just use bac, I tried the GTB and, to me it seemed to make the ISR worse, not sure why. Now I just dilute the AceCosm Glutathione with 8ml of bac to 150mg/mL. I still inject slow, but it is tolerable and there is no PIP.

It looks like the entire Peptide Critic channel was nuked by YouTube.

"This video is no longer available because the YouTube account associated with this video has been terminated."

    Unreal.

Guess what the hypocrisy — while Google is on a spree of deleting peptide content creator channels, they have no qualms in taking ad money from peptide vendors and flashing those ads in the middle of any other content. Facebook is the same. Hypocrisy has a name — big tech!

I stumbled upon another supplier. This one is Solyn (solyn.com) and they appear to solely use Vanguard for testing, however they claim a 14 point analytical panel with a 15th point in the works. Pricing seems to be standard. Has anyone used them before?

@vpeptides Exactly that's why I didn't start buying blindly from Jano list.

Found another vendor. I looked at 10 different peptides on their site, all of them have Janoshik COAs and it looks like they are adding endotoxin & heavy metal screenings to their newer supplies.

Does anyone know what happened to the PEPTIDE CRITIC YouTube Channel ? I know the RETA UNFILTERED channel got shut down, plus some others too.

I’m a new guy here and have developed a bad habit of hijacking other people’s threads. This time I’ll start my own.

As I mentioned in the Supplements thread, I started feeling pain in my upper right abdomen that slowly got worse over the course of the week. This coincided with starting Reta and foolishly titrating from .5ml to 2ml in less than three weeks. I saw my primary care on Tuesday and she ran labs and scheduled an ultrasound for Monday (tomorrow). At the time, the pain was moderate and I thought that would be fine. Unfortunately, it got bad enough that I ended up in the ER on Thursday evening. The diagnosis was gallstone pancreatitis. They admitted me to the hospital and ran a bunch of tests. (X-ray, Ct, MRCP, HIDA, etc) Today they took out my gallbladder.

I had already attributed this to Reta, and planned on eliminating it from my routine, but the doctor mentioned that my liver still had quite a bit of fat. (Kind of surprising since my abdomen has shrunk so much. That being said, direct eyes-on of the liver is probably superior to a lot of scans, so I should be grateful for the intel.).

Since I no longer have a gallbladder for it to fk with, perhaps I can continue Reta; perhaps at a reduced dose.

I’m pretty bummed that I may not be able to tolerate big, fatty ribeye, as they make life worth living on Carnivore. We’ll see how that goes. I hope to be discharged tomorrow but am restricted from lifting more than 15 pounds for the next six weeks. This will make caregiving for my 90 year old mother-in-law a real challenge, not to mention screwing up working out.

Currently, I take Wolverine (2mg), KPV (.5ML) and Testosterone Cipionate (.5ml) Monday thru Friday. I was planning on reconstituting and starting a Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin blend tomorrow.

I’d love to hear some insight regarding whether to continue Reta, perhaps after a pause, and other peptides or things you might suggest.

I’m home. No lifting or stressing abs for six weeks. Walking, working arms & legs are all okay.

    Review

I purchased 10 vials of Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin from EZ Peptide. Within two weeks of use I developed a reaction at the subcutaneous injection sites in my abdominal fat—swollen, red, and intensely itchy. The reaction persisted for about two weeks. After stopping for one to two months, I tried the product again and experienced the identical reaction.
I contacted EZ Peptide customer service. They told me I had been using the wrong reconstitution/bacteriostatic water and recommended their own solution, which I purchased from them. Within 12 hours of restarting with their recommended solution, I had the same reaction—only stronger.
When I requested a refund, their response was: “We’re sorry to hear you’re not feeling well. Regarding the return, unfortunately this order falls outside of our return window.”
I know of at least one other person who used an EZ Peptide product and had the exact same reaction. This appears to be an allergic response and raises serious questions about the purity of their product.
I am willing to provide photos of the reaction upon request.

I recently found out that I have a benign C4 peripheral nerve sheath tumor in my right neck called a Schwannoma. It's an extremely slow growing type of tumor that I've had for over 20 years. Due to its size and location, the doctors have decided to just monitor it rather than a risky surgery to remove it. I mentioned to my Neurologist about the peptides I'm wanting to take to help with my body recomposition, and he said specifically to stay away from these:
    Sermorelin, Hexarelin, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, Tesamorelin, MK-677, BPC-157, TB-500 (TB4), NAD+ and GHK-Cu.

Now I have to figure out what to do with all the supply I have in my chest freezer. Needless to say, I'm pretty bummed out about this.

I’ll look for it. Glad you are on the mend.

Has anyone used or considered using these on your vials? I think you would be limited to only being able to use Luer-lock or Lure-slip syringes so I'm guessing most would say no.

Just wondering if anyone has and what their feelings are about using them,

Couldn’t you just alcohol swab it before use?

Hello, I am looking for any information or research regarding peptides which help to combat parkinsons and its associated symptoms. I've primarily interacted with the weightloss side of peptides so even basic help would be appreciated.

I wanted to share this in the hopes that others might start sharing more testing info here on Peptide Critic....

I kept seeing people recommending to filter their peps and started doing some research. I found that the .2 micron filters, while good, aren't 100% for bacteria. Granted the bacteria they would miss are very rare and would not be commonly found in lyophilized peptides, but that less than 100% still bothered me.

Considering there has to be a practical and financial limit to the rabbit hole we go down for research peptide safety, and we all have to find our own comfort level with that, I started doing some more research.

I found sterile 0.1 micron filters for about $1 each and decided to go one step further and actually test them. We had a batch of Reta from JEEP that failed sterility at Janoshik. (also note that this is when we found out that Janoshik will allow someone to edit a report to change the company name, batch number, etc after the fact for a small fee. Def a red flag for doctoring "verified" tests at Janoshik).

    Test Report #123783 (5).png

I sent in two of those vials and two of the 0.1 Micron filters that I found. I had them reconstitute the two contaminated vials and test half of each vial unfiltered and half of each vial filtered. This confirmed for me that filtering (at least with the 0.1 micron filters) is viable and effective. Note I mistyped the MG size as 24mg instead of 34mg doh. Hope this is useful for somebody.

its the positive charge that filters the endotoxins, how high a level not sure yet. But they are specifically designed for filtering endotoxins

    New in the Price Index:

We've added nine bioregulators to the Peptide Price Index, so you can now run the same $/mg comparisons on these that you've been running on the mainstream compounds.

Peptide Vendors with published pricing Common size
    Adamax 17 10mg
    Vesugen 13 20mg
    Cortagen 13 20mg
    Ovagen 12 20mg
    Chonluten 10 20mg
    Livagen 9 20mg
    Pancragen 10 20mg
    Bronchogen 9 20mg
    Vesilute 2 20mg

Help us fill the gaps: if you know a vendor carrying one of these that isn't showing up in the counts above, drop a link in the replies and we'll get them into the crawl. Same goes for bioregulators you'd like to see added next — this was the first batch, not the last.

    https://validatedpeptides.com/products/nad-plus

Every product shares the same COA for endo/heavy metals/fent. The mass/purity ones from jano are dated back to feb.

The nad one below shows 100mg NAD but they are selling it as 500.

They asked to be an affiliate which caused me to take a look while eating a steak at a dimly lit steakhouse by myself. They basically ruined my dinner with how disgusting what they are doing is.

    RETA ENDO

I can dig deeper I'm sure but this is enough for me to make a post.

    Validated Peptides is validated trash.

Thank you, Randy. Speaking for myself and probably a lot of others, we spend quite a bit of money and time to keep ourselves and others safe. Then there's a few bad apples who find ways to look accountable while behaving fraudulently all in the name of getting that mighty dollar. This really tarnishes the industry and unfortunately, only plants more doubt in an already difficult industry. I work hard and so do many others to be transparent and provide honest and accurate paperwork. Then people like this come along.

Do not order from this Company
There products are junk and they will short you on orders. 5 Amino-1MQ was Contaminated, the Reta was not Reta and the Tesamorelin was old product.

Did you send the Reta and Tesa out for testing?
  • J

Hoping to get assistant for my research subject. If I watch Josh’s video he’s leaving towards CJC for price and similar effect?

I know its not suggested, but I take CJC/IPA at night and Tesa/Ipa in the am. Both in a fasted state. The Tesa at night left me with several sleepless nights, and the warm rush from CJC is dreamy.
