As we see more and more blind test of not only the peptide distributors but now on the labs themselves there are fewer vendors I will buy from based on which lab they use. 7x testing is less important to me than a quality labs and endotoxin screening.

In the Phase Ia single-dose trial in healthy subjects, across the 1.0–4.5 mg dose range the mean half-life for each dose arm was 137–170 hours, which supported once-weekly dosing. That's roughly 5.7–7 days, consistent with once-weekly subcutaneous injection. Hard to beat the Elora-Tirz stack.

Similar...I've been on Reta since late Feb, and finally hit my goal weight 3 weeks ago (165 down from 217). I only maxed out at 4mg/week and lowered my dose to 3.5mg last week and this week. Will plan to continue reducing by .5mg every couple of weeks.
