    I tried 2mg for 30 days and didn't do a thing. I'll be trying Epithalon next month and maybe those 2 together at some point.

    @matthewwalsh I’m just finishing 25 days at 2mg per day. Just prior to that I researched 5mg of Epithalon per day for 20 days. Can’t say I noticed anything different with either. And actually, my sleep has been worse during these cycles. 😕

      What is the suggested protocol. Just got confused by other posts. @randy you love it please chime in. I am titrating starting at 1mg up to 5 for the last 5 days for 20 days total. Just started

      FWIW some other researchers recommend pinning Pinealon in the morning. Epithalon in the night, Pinealon, Selank, Semax in the morning.

        We followed Nick Trigili’s recommendations on the entire “Russian Stack”. We have just finished the Pinealon portion and will move into the Dihexa cycle (not Russian) next. Seems to be working for us.

            Yeah, that's in peptidedosages too. I'm definitely not going 5mg of Epi but will start with 1 in PM and 1 of Pinealon in AM. I can't imagine a pep that's meant to fix sleep taken in the morning and there's a limit to morning sun I can get; I have to go to work.

In fact I think 1mg was too strong and moved back down to .500mcg. Full "accurate" writeup here with correct dosing for those who are interested: https://peptideprotocols.app/peptides/epitalon

              PS - Epitalon works on dose 1 and is in my top 3 of peptides. It also comes attached with the big C word as a theoretical issue, but I honestly don't see the connection and don't give it thought. Just putting that out there in case you have a C word history.

I also haven't seen anything of anecdotal evidence on it actually lengthening telomeres. I think that's likely Russian folly. Still waiting for someone to show me their telomere test and I've scoured the internet. It ain't there.

                    @gym.rat there are in-vitro studies, but in-vivo is yet speculative, especially in humans.

                      @gym.rat first time I have seen this site I will check it out. I am taking 1mg of Pinealon for a couple of days it hasn’t helped sleep at all so I am going to up it and see.

                        @Stevepep How are you tracking your sleep? It's main function is REM, so if you don't have a way to track it how do you know? Also, what other peps are you on because that matters.
