  • Opinion/experience on MOTS-C cycle/protocol
    C Christopher

    @Lady-Hamilton
    I personally 'researched' MOTS-C from a couple of different vendors and tried low doses, various injection sites, etc - and every time I ended up with a super unpleasant histamine reaction (beyond a local injection site response) that seemed to get worse with progressive use. MOTS-C is just not for me I guess 🙂
    From what I've read, this isn't necessarily unique to me, so my advice would be to start low to gauge your tolerance first.

  • AHK-Cu lyophilized subq research?
    C Christopher

    @pep_researcher
    Lyophilized GHK-CU can technically be used topically in serums/creams but it's just stupid expensive to use it vs raw.
    I've been using an AHK-CU serum and when I finish it, I'm going to give a combo of AHK-CU and GHK-CU in a serum a run. I've read some interesting articles on this combo being effective for scalp health/hair growth.
    Unfortunately, like others that have replied, I can't find any decent info on AHK-CU injections. If you end up researching it, let us know your experience!

  • Tirz dosages below 2.5mg
    C Christopher

    @volume-1
    I've been on tirz between 2.5 mg and 5 mg per week, and maintained my goal weight without much to speak of in terms of side effects. I do a split dose (Sun and Wed), which I found early on reduced the few side effects I had. I attribute this to having a more steady concentration of tirz in my system vs peak and valleys of dose variance.
    The website below allows you to change your dose and frequency (and even choose between tirz, semaglutide and reta) and shows the concentration of GLP-1 in your body in a graph - again based on dosage and the schedule you choose to inject it.
    Everyone reacts differently to GLP-1s, so you might find 1.25 mg weekly works for you while I need 2.5 mg to have the same results. I personally think it's a bit of trial and error.
    Just out of curiosity is your 'laziness' about working out - more being motivated or lack of energy when on tirz?

  • Tesamorelin Research Dosing Protocol
    C Christopher

    @hunt_ak
    Dr Ashley Froese did a YouTube video about tesamorelin a few weeks back that I thought contained some decent information. Its called: Dr Amazed - Tesamorelin DECIMATES Visceral Fat and MORE
    There does appear to be some science behind why tesa targets visceral fat better vs CJC or sermorelin beyond the IGF-1 increase, if that is your primary goal.
    Is it worth the extra $$ and potential side effects - that really varies. Everyone reacts differently to peps. I personally did not like tesa at all, but others love it.

    I have an Rx for Zepbound and used the Brand from Lilly Direct for about 6 months before switching to the NXP-2 a couple of months ago. I’ve noticed no difference whatsoever except I’m no longer shelling out $400 monthly because my health insurance stinks.

  • What’s your Tesamorelin experience?
    C Christopher

    @yogipepp
    Peptide response is very individualized, but if your visceral fat is already low, I personally wouldn't spend the extra money on tesa.
    I've 'researched' cycles of:

    1. tesa/ipa : (mediocre sleep compared to the other two, some inc water retention, no joint pain, same body comp results as the others)
    2. cdc-no dac/ipa : (initial flushing/inc HR after inj, mildly less sleep quality, basically same body comp as ser/ipa)
    3. sermorelin/ipa : (supposedly the 'weakest' but my personal favorite - best sleep, good body comp overall)

    Not sure what other peptides you are researching but I have had amazing results with tirzepatide in terms of weight loss/body comp.

  • Nexaph User Review: Excellent experience
    C Christopher

    Nexaph is now my go-to vendor for peptides, and occasionally I'll use their sister site EZ-peps if researching something new. I've yet to have any issues with their products, pricing is great vs single-vial vendors, shipping is fast and the few times I've reached out to Cane I've gotten a quick response. No hairs in my vials or cracked ones either 🙂

    How much SNAP8 are you planning to use? I'm actually planning on adding GHK-CU and SNAP8 to an inexpensive moisturizer cream (1.7 oz/ 50 mL) I like.
    I seem to do well with GHK-CU so I'm going to use 100 mg (0.2%) but I haven't decided on the SNAP8 amount yet.

  • Cjc1295dac/imp vs cjc1295no dac/imp
    C Christopher

    If you are trying to choose between 'researching' cjc-1295 and ipamorelin dac vs no dac, I'd recommend starting with the No DAC formula. Two thoughts behind this: 1) The CJC/IPA with no DAC has a far shorter half-life after injection - so, if there are any unforeseen reactions to it they will hopefully go away fairly quickly. The DAC formula stays around in your body much longer (5-7 days? I believe). and 2) even though it requires daily injections, the CJC-1295/Ipa with no DAC theoreticallly mirrors the body's natural hormone pulses more closely than the DAC one. I've never used the DAC version, but CJC/Ipa no DAC has worked in my own research in terms of improving: sleep, muscle composition and less fat. Obviously everyone is different, so your own experience may not mirror mine.

  • To many peptides?
    C Christopher

    The short answer from my perspective is, yes. With all of the social media hype around Peptides right now it is really easy to go down a 'rabbit hole' when it comes it choosing what to use. In my experience, I'd say 1) figure out exactly what your goals are first - weight loss, building muscle, improved skin, etc. 2) Pick the most important one and research a potential peptide that may help with it. 3) Start low (dose) and slow (give it time work) and make sure you aren't experiencing side effects. 4) If everything is good, move on to your next goal.
    Maybe this is a conservative-sounding approach, but everyone reacts differently to peptides - histamine reactions (for example) can happen for sure.
    Finally, there is so much noise about peptide blends and stacking peptides for results. I personally try one at a time to see if that is sufficient - ie, I occasionally use BPC-157 and it absolutely has helped with a nagging shoulder pain I've had. So I have never bothered with the 'Wolverine stack/blend' - maybe the Wolverine blend is better? Idk - but if my theory is that if BPC-157 does what I need it to then I don't need to spend the extra $$ or potentially introduce 2 foreign substances into my body.
