Hey everyone. Been thinking about semax and selank nasal sprays. One or two less pokes to worry about. Do any of you have any experience with these and any vendor recommendations? Thanks.

I make my own from the powder, very easy. You can buy the individual sterile 5ml saline tubes and the 10ml nasal spray bottles very cheap. Easy to find videos on how to mix them. Much cheaper than buying the pre-made solutions from a vendor.

I wish you the best, but I unfortunately didnt have any luck with DSIP including cycling selank into the mix. I have recently started ashwagandha and can actually feel some changes with it, but it's only been a week.

  • LN Peptides - Possible Exit Scam - DO NOT ORDER
    C crash2127

I reached out to them Monday for an updated price list. They sent it, then i asked some questions, none got looked at or answered. I noticed in the "News" section of their website they made a post on 6/20 saying they were "reported" and would have to close all their accounts down. It said they would create new ones and be back to servicing their customers soon. Their website then shut down the next day. That was very concerning, so I reached out to LP Peptides for a new list. They sent it, answered a couple questions, and then stopped answering as well, although their website is still functional. Not sure if they are directly related, but seems more than coincidental.

I am not a doctor, and going max dose is just what a doctor would say. I’d suggest watching some of the Dr. Jones videos. Take it for what it’s worth, but oftentimes people experiencing what you describe are stalled either because you’ve lost so much muscle that you’re suffering a metabolic crash. I echo what Atlas suggests. People on GLP’s often eat a lot less than they think they’re eating.

Get enough calories, make sure you’re exercising regularly, including weights, and get enough sleep. If that doesn’t help, look at either stopping all GLP-1’s for a month to reset or maybe consider SS-31, MOTS-C, NAD+ cycle for a metabolic reset if you are open to that.

    I am not a doctor.

I appreciate your thoughts and you touched on another question I had about stopping for a bit and trying for a reset. Hard to find solid information on whether it makes any difference. I have seen some vloggers suggest it and just supplement with other options during the break, like maybe even Slupp332. I've done the whole NAD/Mots C combo for a bit, but didn't seem to see any difference from it. I admittedly though skipped right past the ss31, which I understand should be cycled in first. I was on Tesa, which I did see results, but was also getting the water weight side effect as I titrated up. Im presently off cycle with it right now. Going to switch to cjc/ipa stack in a few weeks instead to see if i like the results better. Thank you for your ideas (not medical advice, because you are not a doctor, lol).

I tried Tesa, but have had much better results and fewer side effects (pain, swelling) with CJC/Ipa. Keep in mind, with any of these, you need to be lifting weights or doing some other exercise to have them be useful. But yes, a GHRH with a GLP-1 should be synergistic.

I think MOTS-C can be effective on its own, but if your problem is metabolic, you should start with SS-31. Maybe check out the mechanic stack Josh Holyfield and others talk about. It layers in SS-31, MOTS-C, and NAD+ in an overlapping cycle. A friend is doing it now (3rd time) and says it gives him a huge energy boost.

I’ve cycled MOTS-C a few times and do think it gives me more energy. But it is subtle and how much you notice may depend on your activity levels.

I do lift, but had to transition in recent years to light weights. I have severe lumbar scoliosis and I can't take much weight into or through my waist line. Seated chest presses, pull downs, anything that supports my back while i lift is ok (and i dont mean a weight belt, it doesnt help unfortunately). Lots of walking is my life. I am in my mid 50s and looking to live one day less than my daughter. And I did watch the occasional Holyfield video, so I'll check the mechanic stack out. I definitely got behind the 8 ball with it since I had the NAD and Mots, but left the ss31 out. In fact I still don't even have any on hand. But, it will just get added to my next shipment, thank you.

@crash2127 My suggestion is to download a calorie tracking app (I use Macro Factor), and track literally everything you eat for a week or two. It's all calories in, calories out. GLP medicines do not make you lose weight on their own - they just suppress appetite enough to put you in a calorie deficit.

For example: I'm 6'2" 197lbs, and I lift weights 4x a week, so my maintenance is about 3,100 calories a day. Right now I'm eating 2,600 calories a day, and losing about 1lb per week.

Ok, thanks. I'll look into it. I blame my Italian heritage and my Nona that lived with us growing up. MANGIA! for every meal until we all felt like we were going to throw up meatballs, lol. I just have a strong will now over feeling full!

Reta is tirz with a glucagon peptide. Now do the math. Is their GLP and GIP 1 :1 to a mg? Maybe there is something by increasing/titrating GLP-1 and GIP that is in the mix/math. Only one way to find out. "Pinch, pin and pray".

Understood, and I likely should have started Tirz much lower than the max and titrated up, but I truly followed my prescribers orders and now regret it. But I have read multiple articles that the appetite suppression of Reta was actually designed to be 40% less that Tirz due to the increased effects of the Glucagon they added in? So I am not sure they were ever equal at the GLP1 level. This is all an experiment I guess.

Try Epitalon / Pinealon? That helped my REM. My deep improved with Tes/Ipa. I have struggled with the same issues you have. I knock out easily but I would wake up right around 1 to 2am with a cortisol spike and then just have my mind race until I give up and just go into work since I am up already and the rest of my house is sleeping. This has improved tremendously with the 2 stack mentioned.

Ok, I'll look into it. I'm in an off cycle with Tesa right now, but never added the ipa. I have cjc/ipa in transit to try. Epa and pine hasn't hit my radar yet, so I need to look more into those. Thank you.

  • Another one about Ghk-Cu
    C crash2127

I started 3 days ago, 50mg with 3ml bac recon, 1mg dose, 31 gauge 5/16 syringe, so 6 units. Right in my abdomen and have zero sting. Literally no pain, so I am almost confused on how bad it effects some people.

Yea, that's why I mentioned i started just 3 days ago. My plan is to titrate up to a higher dose. With all the comments I read about the discomfort of the shot, I felt that would be the smarter move. Right now though, if higher doses are slightly more uncomfortable than my current pain level of zero, than I am hoping it will be ok.

Mystery to me anyway. Went to verify 4 COA's from a proposed vender.....

So I recently was going through a similar anomaly. Reached out to Janoshik and they emailed me back verifying the reports and said they were all available in the system. I went back and tried again and realized that I was not actually clicking the "Reset" button after every search entry so it kept pulling the first report I searched back up. Not to say that is what you are doing, but it very easy to overlook when you are searching multiple reports in one sitting.

I am not sure the picture I am trying to post is going to show, but I am curious what are peoples thoughts on the significance of condensation build-up after recon (not in the dried powder vials)? When I take the reconstituted vials from the fridge and let them come to room temp, actually even after only less than 5 minutes, there is condensation on the inside of the vial. So obviously when i prep the syringe that condensation mixes with the liquid peptide. It constantly happens, so I am not sure how to avoid it, it possible at all.

  • Vial rubber tops too hard to pierce
    C crash2127

I have been noticing they are getting more difficult to pierce as well. If you are not exactly in the middle, and straight down, it easily takes 3 or so times. By then the syringe starts to dull. So, I never heard of the syringe guide, looked them up on Etsy and wow, what a genius idea. For 7 bucks, you cant go wrong. Reusable an infinite amount of times versus transerring pep to different throw away vials or pens was a better solution for me.
