@Stan-Douglas thanks for the encouragement! I'm being as safe and efficient as I can be. I dropped 69 pounds in the first 9 weeks and I went completely off the medication for 3 weeks, during which time I ate a lot more calories and put 10 pounds back on. I then flipped back on and the weight has just kept pouring off. Eating very little again. I don't believe there is a one size fits all approach with these medications. And I don't believe losing 5 pounds a week is any riskier than losing 2 pounds if it is done thoughtful, especially when there is more than 50 pounds to lose

Thanks for the kind words. Some of the advice is perfect for the right people. Some people are terrified at the thought of even skipping a meal. A lot of people, especially fat people, poison themselves all day everyday. Food is not medicine for them.

And I'm not sure if you read the part where I said that you need education to do what I did. I didn't accidentally lose 100 pounds in 5 months, with zero guidance, and not a single doctor visit or lab.

I'm mainly posting this to brag about my results, but also hopeful that maybe it could help someone. I took my first ever dose of Reta exactly 5 months ago and today I've officially lost 100 pounds. Yay! Stats 6'3" male healthy starting weight 345 current weight 244. It's been 22 weeks so I'm averaging a little over 4 pounds a week. That average has come down considerably, my first 10 weeks I was losing over 7 pounds a week.

If you need to lose a lot of weight like me, don't be scared to not eat. That's the only secret. Don't freaking eat. Anyone telling you to lose weight and build muscle at the same time is selling you something. Stop eating. Shoving protein down your throat will not help you lose weight. I only got sick one time on the medication and it was when I was trying to hit protein and it just came right back out. I knew right then, pick one. Lose weight or build muscle.

I've done a lot of research and I'm not a newbie in the health and fitness world. I'm acting as my own doctor and own physical therapist. I feel way better than 100 pounds ago, and I don't regret losing the weight at all. Did I lose muscle? Yes. A little. Not a lot. I went to the gym at least once every week during the past 5 months and did the same routine every time. My strength has not gone down at all. Not at all.

My recommendation for someone with a lot of weight to lose, who wants to lose it sooner rather than later. Get on a glp and get the dose up to where you're eating less than 4000 calories a week. I was much lower than that. Walk as much as possible, but do at least 1 long walk a week and try to stay at a minimum of 5000 steps a day. More is better. Go to the gym a little bit. Once or twice a week is fine.

And educate yourself. No one is going to do this for you. Everyone and their brother has a different opinion. Everyone will tell you about how you're doing it wrong. Anyone telling you to slow down is either selling you something or doesn't have weight to lose themselves.

Until you start losing noticable weight then friends and family will also be asking how you did it and for your help.

If you have over 50 pounds to lose, losing over a pound a day is quite possible, and not dangerous for most people, especially if done though fully and responsibly.

What's dangerous is living obese, and over consumption of the products that cause obesity.

First off I want to say thank you for all the kind words from well meaning people. I understand what you're saying, and why you're saying it. I believe it's coming from the best of intentions. Second I want to say I'm not a doctor. No one recommended to do what I'm doing. Most of my information came from various YouTube channels.

Now what I really want to say is it's ok to lose weight. The medical industry is wrought with scams and phobias because fear sells. Combined with the food industry creating the most hyper addictive foods possible and convincing multiple generations that missing a single meal would kill them, we have an epidemic. Obesity and heart disease are orders of magnitude more dangerous than losing weight too fast.

On the contrary, getting weight off quickly is most likely the single best thing the majority of over weight adults can do for their health. Are there risks, yes of course. Is there a one size fits all approach that someone can put in a pill and sell in bottle, probably not. But is it dangerous, especially for other wise healthy people? Not really that dangerous at all.

There's only one fastest way to lose weight. It's to stop putting food in your mouth and swallowing. That's it. When animals in the wild get sick, most of them stop eating. Obesity is a disease, if you're fat, you're sick. Stop eating fatty. It's that simple. The Bible and most religions teach us about fasting and prayer. It works. It has worked for a long time. Food can be medicine yes, but for most people these days it's a poison.

    It's ok to lose weight
It's ok to not shove protein down your throat
Exercise is a very minimal part of weight loss
Trying to build muscle while losing fat is terrible advice for most people. Do one or the other.
It's ok to not eat, especially if you're not hungry

I ate a 16 oz steak and some pizza for anyone wondering. It was great.

@vonendorphin I just added this to my cycle and I already do 23.5 hour fasts on day 1 and 2, then on day 3 I attempt to eat more and usually eat something during the day.

I break it down like this
    Day 1 Reta KPV MotsC
    DAY 2 GLOW + CJC/IPA
    Day 3 GLOW + CJC/IPA
    Day 4-6 Repeat

And I take an extra TB4 dose once during the 6 days

@jamiegallien I really appreciate the intricate and personal response. That is some wonderful information and I don't really disagree with anything you've said.

Now having said that I'm going to say that I'm probably going to continue pushing forward with my 4x4 method for a few more weeks. I've decided that 100 pounds in a 100 days sounds pretty cool. I'm already so close to that anyways. That would put me right at 245 pounds.

I do worry about some of the things you've suggested, mainly the gallbladder but I have electrolytes salts and I've done extended fasting for years.

I would say there's a zero percent chance at this point that I've lost 30 pounds of muscle. It's definitely much less than that. I have not lost any strength whatsoever. All my lifts are exactly where they were 2 months ago. This is the main way I am measuring my progress apart from the scale actually. As soon as I start to lose strength, I'll know I've gone too far. I am willing to cross that line, but if I do I will admit I have gone too far.

I will add that my ultimate goal here is to transition into a long term healthy lifestyle. I get that. That is what I want.

@brandenscheidecker I'm doing resistance training 1-2 times per week and have not noticed any strength loss whatsoever. I could have added that I used to be in great shape about a decade back. I still hold a lot of muscle on my body. So I agree I am losing some muscle, I don't think it's nearly as much as the YouTube doctors would have you believe. Also I think that's a fair trade anyway, I'd make that trade in my position. 10 pounds of muscle to drop 40-50 pounds of fat. That's a good deal, I'd make that deal.

Yes also walking, trying to do more of that every week. Usually do a minimum of 30-40 minutes a day and then on the weekends when I have time I go for longer walks of about an hour, plus I'm mildly active. Right now I work as a truck driver so it's hard to be super consistent with everything because I work 14-15 hour days 5 days a week and it's tough with those kind of hours. The good news is I'm healthy as far as I know aside from being overweight. No medications and just a few mild nagging injuries, nothing too serious.

So I did exactly what everyone tells you not to do. But, it has worked great for me and I've gotten better results than I could have even imagined. However, I will need to alter my approach in the near future, and would be open to suggestions.

Journey began officially on April 6th, day after 36th birthday. Started at 345 pounds and currently at 282. So just a tiny bit over a pound a day for 2 straight months.

Now before you freak out and start typing, I feel amazing. I'm not losing hair, I'm going to the bathroom every day, and no I'm not hitting protein goals, I'm barely cracking 400 calories a day most days. Sometimes I just don't eat at all. I would estimate that out of the 63 pounds lost less than 20% is muscle, most likely less than 10%. But don't know for sure.

I understand this approach is not sustainable for much longer, but it feels wonderful to get a jump start on the weight loss with end goal being around 175 pounds.

For dosing the titration is where I can say the results came from. This was the very first time trying anything like this and started at 1MG. Did that for another week. Then bumped to 2. 3 the next week. Then straight to 4. Then straight to split dosing and kept it 4 per injection every 4th day. So by week 6 it was 4MG every 4th day, and that has been a sweet spot since. Sometimes it's more like 3.5 MG but consistently 3.5-4 MG every 4th day for 5 weeks. My side effects include mild nausea and sulphur burps, but nothing too terrible.

Guessing I can manage another month or so of barely eating but at some point coming up I'll have to alter something. My main idea is to just reduce the dose and try to eat more as my body tells me it needs it. Or maybe it would be better to give up the split dosing and go back to once a week.

Ok so we're calling this R-69 MAXX because it's a 69 day protocol with 69 hour fasts continuously and is extreme in both difficulty of execution and effectiveness.

Designed for maximum healing power with no more than 3 injections per day with mandatory Reta injections every fourth day.

    Day 1

    Reta 5 MG
    KPV 500 MCG
    TB 3.33 MG
Walk 1 hour minimum 3.5 miles -zero calories - zero insulin

    Day 2

    GLOW. 2.5MG/500mcg/500mcg
    CJC/IPA no DAC 500/500 MCG
    MOTS C 2.5-5 MG
Walk 1 hour minimum 3.5 miles - zero calories - zero insulin

    Day 3

    Repeat Day 2 pins

Lift for reps 30-60 minutes full body
5-15 Minutes of HIIT cardio on elliptical or pool

1 eating period of 3 hours maximum or 1 meal
Bone broth, kimchi, kefir, lean meats, eggs, some cheese
Aim for 100+ grams of protein and try not to over eat. Don't eat anything fried and don't eat too many carbs. Stop eating at least 3 hours before bed.

The goal here is consistently maxing the natural HGH rhythm of the body which is why the rolling 3 day fasts. This is not meant to be long term but could be shortened to probably 3 weeks and still get pretty similar results.

You should expect to lose anywhere from 3-15 pounds a week doing this.

You're allowed to "break" 3 times during the 69 days meaning eat a protein bar or something small if you really need it. This isn't a cheat day, it's a tool to keep the cycle going.

@derekg1 after a lot of consideration I'll be putting the rat onto something like you've outlined, the rat has accepted the fact that the best protocol is going to involve more than 2 pins a day, which was the biggest hold up for the rat. I'll post his updated protocol in a few days once he gets started.

So now that Amazon has suspended all sales of BAC water, and possibly many other peptides products, what do we do?

Is there a way to make our own BAC water? Should we try to order a bunch of it from another website before it becomes extinct? Is there any stores we can physically visit iand buy it? Can we use something else to reconstitute? My rat just received a care package with lots of great peptides but no water!

I'm thinking of putting my rat on Tb 500, BPC 157, alongside CJC 1295 with DAC and already running Reta.

My rat has an old hamstring injury that I'd like to try and heal. Its not a terrible injury but it's been like that for years.

So far all my research is suggesting the wolverine protocol lasts about 4-6 weeks, but I'm looking at running it for around 90 days with the CJC added in.

    Protocol for rat would be
    Day 1 - Reta 5 MG
    Day 2 - CJC 1295 3.33 MG
    Day 3 - TB 500. 3.33 MG
    Day 4-6 - repeat
BPC 157 once daily at 500 MCG

Rat prefers not to use more than 2 injections per day, and Rat has had great success running Reta every 4th day for months, so that part is not changing.

Rat recently told me blends are not an option any longer and all compounds must be administered by themselves.

What led me to this protocol was actually researching a wolverine blend, which was ok, but only ran it for 3 weeks. Rat said it actually started to help the hamstring so I've been trying to come up with the best possible plan to try and figure it out.

Rat can also do a 48 hour fast starting every Reta day to try to maximize HGH from the CJC, if that would help then he will do it.

    Any insight would be great.
    Currently running Reta only.
