I’ve noticed that many resellers, even popular ones on here are selling “partial” Adamax, but calling it Adamax (Advanced Semax). So look at the CoC and if the molecular weight is 984 you are not getting true Adamax. Perhaps that’s why some sell “Adamax” cheaper than others. The true Adamax is 1032.
What’s the big deal you ask? With partial Adamax (984) your rat won’t get hardly any effect if he takes it SubQ, since it does not have the Adamantane cage at the end to allow easy transfer across the BBB.
Just a heads up if your rat is experimenting with Adamax SubQ.

Adamax…. Get the real one… -
Eloralintide@diegoc Ouch. Those are some ugly RHR and HRV. I had the same thing happen at 4mg/wk Reta. Not wanting to give up the glucagon benefit, I shifted to 1.5mg/wk Reta and 5mg/wk Tirz. Great appetite control GLP-1, insulin sensitivity GIP, and still a small benefit from Reta hitting the Glucagon receptor. And my RHR and HRV went back to normal, or at least close to normal.
When at my goal (went from 202-178), of 170 pounds, I’ll shift to 1mg Reta and 2.5mg Tirz.
This low-dose baseline is widely noted in transition frameworks as an ideal stack for long-term weight maintenance. It offers continuous, baseline GLP-1/GIP receptor saturation via Tirzepatide while introducing mild glucagon receptor activation via Retatrutide to support metabolic function.

SA prices skyrocket?!Once you go grey, it’s the only way…. I do think if you factor in testing, Nexaph is priced only a bit higher than grey market….

Adamax…. Get the real one…@derekg1 Adamax is much stronger than Semax. About half way in the middle is NASA N-Acetyl Semax Amidate.
For Adamax SubQ I’d start at 300mcg over a 21 day therapy and have your rat go 400 after a week then 500mcg. Effects last about 12 hours for my rat.
For NASA I’d start higher at 400 and go to 600 the first time. NASA lasts about 8-10 hours and isn’t quite as strong as Adamax. Both of them are way stronger than Semax. If going SubQ make sure your Adamax is Da 1032. -

Beyond the Scale: What Has Reta or Tirz Changed for You?I’ve lost 20 pounds so far in 4 months. 202-182. Ten more to go. My wife tells me I no longer snore. I’m 68 years old and my last blood work came back biological age of 55. Once I get to my goal of 170-173 ish pounds, I will shift to a lower maintenance dose but have no intention of stopping entirely. There are too many other benefits in addition to the weight loss to totally stop. I’ve been on a stack 5mg Tirz and 1.6mg Reta the entire time. Will shift to 2.5 Tirz and 1.0 Reta for the maintenance dose.

Southern Aminos User Review: Great Quality & Fast ShippingI’ve bought three times from SA in the past three months, mostly during their recent big sale. All shipped quickly and accurately. They even came with those single vial 3d printed containers. Peps were exactly as advertised. I’d buy from them again for single vials.

Cartalax?I've had great results with the Wolverine stack for both my left and right rotator cuff tendon tears. These were both confirmed by MRI, and none were complete tears. I injected the Wolverine stack 500mcg (each) for four months and my rotator cuffs seem to be completely healed. I can actually throw a baseball again.
So, I'm looking at Cartalax for the knee issues I have with the cartilage in both my knees from many years of Submarine Duty when I was in the Navy.
Does anyone have any experience with this, and can recommend a therapy for it?
Thanks,
MikePS., I've seen the "DeadPool" blend at Nexaph and its interesting (BPC-TB-Carta)

Crush Research: Possible Mislabeling on Adamax listings?@w9_tax_form SubQ
-
Adamax protocolI recently finished a 21-day protocol with Adamax. Started at 300mcg daily and titrate up to 500mcg the last week. SubQ. Keeps me "awake" and more intense for up to 12 hours. Don't wait until afternoon to take this unless you don't want to sleep that night. I'll be waiting a month, then doing a similar protocol with N-Acetyl Semax Amidate to compare the two...

Crush Research: Possible Mislabeling on Adamax listings?@w9_tax_form NA Semax Am is a pretty good thing. I’ve been doing both on alternate days, 500mcg each.
The 1032 Adamax takes much longer to hit the brain, like about 90 minutes. It’s “more” than the NASA, but the first hour or so after it hits slightly “fuzzy”, then things smooth out a bit.
The NASA takes 45 minutes or so to hit the brain, and never get the “fuzzy at the back of the brain” feeling. Much smoother experience than Adamax.
As far as duration of the Adamax is right at 12-13 hours. The NASA is about two hours less.
If I had to only choose one, it would be the NASA. -
Adamax and N-Acetyl Selank Amidate (NA Selank)True Adamax subQ will last about 12 hours. Be careful out there, many sell “weak” Adamax that doesn’t have the Adamantane cage at the end. True Adamax is da 1032, the “weak” version is da 984. Just look at the molecular weight on the COA. The 984 version is fairly worthless for SubQ. You could also try N-Acetyl Semax Amidate (NASA) which lasts much longer than Semax, approx 9-10 hours.

Northline and Value Research LabI’ve ordered from Northline labs. Definitely legit. Prices similar to most. For orders of more than one or two, Nexaph is hard to beat unless you’re going Grey.

Testing for Endotoxins.I have noticed that some highly rated resellers test at the <5EU/mg level. That’s actually a fairly high amount if your rat will be injected more than just once a week, or if you’re injecting him with large amounts of pep.
Injecting a 10 mg dose from a batch with an endotoxin level of 5 EU/mg delivers a total payload of 50 Endotoxin Units (EU) into the body. This is a substantial amount that carries a high risk of triggering an immediate systemic and localized inflammatory reaction.According to FDA and USP <85> guidelines, the strict human threshold to avoid a pyrogenic (fever-inducing) response is 5 EU per kilogram of body weight. For a 100 kg (220 lb) adult, the maximum safe threshold is 500 EU. However, because humans are uniquely sensitive to bacterial contaminants, introducing 50 EU all at once via a rapid subcutaneous or intramuscular injection can bypass normal bodily defenses and cause the following negative results:
-
The Pyrogenic Response (Endotoxin Fever)The most common reaction to an excessive endotoxin payload is a sudden, systemic activation of immune cells (macrophages). This causes a release of inflammatory cytokines (like IL-1, IL-6, and TNF-alpha) directly into circulation. A 50 EU payload can cause:Sudden Rigors: Severe, uncontrollable shivering or body chills that typically peak 1 to 2 hours after the injection.Spiking Fever: A noticeable rise in body temperature as the brain's hypothalamus responds to the sudden wave of pyrogens.Systemic Body Aches: Throbbing headaches, severe muscle fatigue (myalgia), and deep joint pain (arthralgia).
-
Severe Localized Injection Site ReactionsWhen a concentrated amount of endotoxin is deposited directly into fat or muscle tissue, the immune system mounts an aggressive local counterattack. This manifests at the injection site as:Intense Erythema: Dark red, painful, and localized swelling that spreads outward from the puncture mark.Heat and Induration: The skin over the injection site becomes hot to the touch and hardens into a firm, painful lump as immune cells flood the tissue.Prolonged Soreness: Unlike a standard injection that fades in a few hours, endotoxin-induced tissue inflammation can throb and remain highly tender for several days.
-
Acute Cardiovascular and Gastrointestinal StrainAs the endotoxins activate vascular pathways, they can alter immediate blood flow dynamics and trigger physical discomfort:Nausea and Gastrointestinal Distress: A direct side effect of the systemic inflammatory response, often causing sudden waves of vomiting or stomach cramping. Blood Pressure Fluctuations: The release of nitric oxide triggered by the immune system can cause mild to moderate drops in blood pressure, leading to dizziness, lightheadedness, or a racing heart rate.
SummaryWhile a 50 EU payload is highly unlikely to cause catastrophic or life-threatening septic shock in a healthy adult (which typically requires vastly higher levels), it is highly likely to make a person feel noticeably sick, flu-like, and physically miserable for 6 to 8 hours while causing an angry, swollen reaction at the injection site.

Deadpool blend (bpc/tb4/cartalax) AM or PM?I’m doing this for torn rotator cuff. In the AM. 500mcg each so 1.5mg per day total with the blend.

Southern Aminos Adamax questionThe 984 is not real Adamax. For SubQ I’d skip it since it lacks the Adamantane moiety at the terminus so it won’t cross the BBB very easily. It would be fine for a nasal spray. Like mentioned, true Adamax is 1032. Also, the 984 “Adamax” is not N-Acetyl Semax Amidate either….
-
Southern Aminos Adamax questionPerhaps the cheaper Adamax is N-Acetyl Semax Amidate? Adamax is N-Acetyl Semax Adamantane.
