Hahaha - I can’t get that stupid spelling out of my system no matter how hard I try.

Yeh - this one had me worried as everything I read was so different and I was convinced I was going to stuff it up - but it seriously was crystal clear within 10-15 seconds-probably quicker than anything else I’ve used.
I was prepared to waste that vial “for science” so was pleasantly surprised.

I do always leave peps out of the fridge for 20-30 minutes before reconstituting and the same for already opened BAC (in this case I used a never been refrigerated new bottle) so they are both room temp - but other than that just did everything as per normal.

I had a few things on hand to try if it went to shit but didn’t need anything in the end.

If you aren’t using room temp BAC or vials I’d 100% do that with pretty much everything anyway.
I also usually don’t only use 1ml to recon a vial but as these were only 10mg vials I didn’t want to be injecting ridiculous amounts every day so stuck with it.

I’d previously found vita-stream - just found it funny that those sort of things could be found on eBay of all places.

Well that was a bit anti climactic - had the ARA sitting there but hadn’t received the Hospira yet so just used my Aussie brand stuff (Premium Supps) the same way I do everything else - just 1ml BAC in a 10mg vial and within 10-15 seconds it was clear as crystal so did another vial - added them both to a pen cartridges and pinned it.

In looking for Hospira BAC - it was actually easier for me to get Physer BAC which from what I understand is exactly the same just relabelled?

Thanks guys - so sounds more like a quality of BAC water thing more than a don’t use BAC thing like most peps really.

I can get it here - just never bothered as I haven’t had problems with the Aussie stuff and not that concerned over pricing even though it eats me to pay more for water than the peps we mix it with

Getting stuff from the states is more difficult down here than China most of the time for more than just distance reasons too.

I’ll still do the first vial with the Aussie stuff just to see how it goes - willing to risk a vial just for science.

Might bite the bullet - man up & purchase my first ever bottle of Hospira ready for it just in case.

I’m going to be having a play around with ARA in the next week or so and have been trying to find something definitive on this as well - I’ve got both ready for a bit of trial & error if needed but I’d prefer if it reconstitutes clear with just plain BAC.

I’m really optimistic on this one with nerve damage/neuropathy being the last major item on my list now.

Hahaha - I’m the same - but then again I’ve also had operations under local rather than general just so I can go home earlier and am known as “the one that went local” at my local hospital .

Surgeons have really boring conversations when they’re chopping you up.

I think the spring loaded cap isn’t supposed to be just about visually concealing the needle from people that or “scared” of them or even just as a safety thing so you don’t accidentally poke yourself before injecting - the theory is something along the lines of when you use them the cap touches your skin 1st and “tricks” your body sort of so that it doesn’t feel the actual needle puncture your skin.
More of a psychological thing I think.

Me personally I’ve got a few V2’s but have never used them with the caps on - find them annoying and avoid pens with that feature nowadays- if a pen needle hurts you I think there is something else going on that needs looking into more than those stupid caps.

Are you sure of your measurements?
There’s no way that is 3ml in that vial.

Hahaha - during the good old Covid days I gave prescription Trulicity/Dulaglutide a crack for 8 weeks (until it became impossible to source) and those one shot auto injectors were brutal - the needle in them was huge and actually took chunks out of my guts a couple of times.
Even $20 Amazon V series specials are 1000% better than those things.

I’ve passed my original goal weight using Reta now but have reset it slightly lower for a few reasons.
Once I’m a kilo or so off it (which might take a couple weeks or a month or so - don’t really care now) I’m going to trial & error what needs to be done to drop down to the minimum dosing to keep the other benefits of Reta without necessarily keeping the weight dropping.

I’m thinking the best way is to do it progressively in a similar way but in reverse to the standard 4 weeks on a dose before dropping again while monitoring everything I possibly can.

I’m hoping i can get away with something around the 1-2mg mark but who knows - it might be zero or 4 - whatever it is it is.
Either way even if I need to stay on it for what’s left of my life - pfffftttt - still better than living the way I was - by a fucking mile.

One thing with Reta for me is that it has not stopped my appetite one iota - I can basically eat as much as I want when I want - especially with regards to the physical side of it - it has however lowered the “food noise” with regards to the snacking etc.
I’m guessing it has something to do with being a diabetic ‍️- as it didn’t even work at all for me until I hit 6mg as well as binning all my other prescription drugs I was on including insulin at the same time - that’s my theory anyway .
