I know we're not fans of ILS labs right now but wanted to let everyone make their own choices and let them know that Southern Aminos is doing 45% off sitewide + 15% with an affiliate code and they will have flash sales from today through the 30th.

@Reactive3078 Most of these companies do that, they jack up the price and then discount it to make it seem like a sale or they put an obscure price slashed out next to the "discounted price" - the flash sales however are where the savings are at if you are ever lucky enough to catch one. I don't seem to have that luck .

For research use only. Not medical advice.

    The goal:

    Tirzepatide = GLP-1 + GIP
    Survodutide or Mazdutide = GLP-1 + Glucagon
    → Combined effect = GLP-1 + GIP + Glucagon, i.e., a retatrutide-like profile.

Because both second agents have a glucagon hit, titration must be slower than usual to avoid nausea, low appetite floor, or excessive gastric slowing.

    Why do this?

    1. You stockpiled too much tirz.
    2. Break a stall.
    3. Reta itch/allodynia or other intolerable side effects when researching reta.

    1. Tirzepatide + Survodutide

Survodutide has a stronger glucagon hit than mazdutide. This is the more potent combination.

    Weekly Titration Schedule

    Weeks 1–4

    Tirzepatide: 2.5 mg weekly

    Survodutide: 0.3 mg weekly
Purpose: Establish baseline tolerability. Survo kicks hard early.

    Weeks 5–8

    Tirzepatide: 5 mg weekly

    Survodutide: 0.6 mg weekly
Notes: Appetite suppression becomes extremely strong for many subjects here.

    Weeks 9–12

    Tirzepatide: 7.5 mg weekly

    Survodutide: 1.0 mg weekly

This is the sweet spot for most research models. Strong “reta-like” effect emerges.

    Week 13+ Maintenance

    Two viable approaches:

    Standard Maintenance

    Tirzepatide: 7.5–10 mg

    Survodutide: 1.0–1.5 mg

    High-End (Aggressive) Maintenance

    Tirzepatide: 10–12.5 mg

    Survodutide: 1.5–2.0 mg

Only for researchers replicating the high-end metabolic punch of retatrutide.

    Notes

Survodutide plus tirz amplifies appetite suppression so hard that most people do not need high tirz dosing.

Escalate slowly — both compounds slow gastric emptying.

This combo is more GC-heavy than mazdutide, so itch issues are less common compared to retatrutide, but GI load is higher.

    1. Tirzepatide + Mazdutide (Ghetto Reta v2 — Milder, Cleaner)

Mazdutide has a slightly softer glucagon hit and a less aggressive appetite cliff.
This stack is smoother and usually more tolerable.

    Tirzepatide + Mazdutide

    Weeks 1–4

    Tirzepatide: 2.5 mg weekly

    Mazdutide: 2 mg weekly

    Weeks 5–8

    Tirzepatide: 5 mg weekly

    Mazdutide: 4 mg weekly

    Weeks 9–12

    Tirzepatide: 7.5 mg weekly

    Mazdutide: 6 mg weekly

This combo mimics a “mid-dose retatrutide” effect without the itch or violent GI spike.

    Week 13+ Maintenance

    Tirzepatide: 7.5–10 mg

    Mazdutide: 6–8 mg

    High-End (Not common)

    Tirzepatide: 10–12.5 mg

    Mazdutide: 8–10 mg

    Notes

Mazdutide is smoother but still synergistic with tirz.

Appetite suppression is strong but less harsh than survo stacks.

GI load increases if escalated too fast — keep 4-week steps.

I usually use Crush, but I have ordered from Southern Aminos, and Thrive peps. My first ever order was with Compound Sciences before I found other sellers with better stock and prices. I have a couple of work friends that ordered RUO tirzepatide from Peptides 4 Power, and they shared the link with me. It's relatively new I believe. The prices really look pretty darn good, and they have a lot of educational information about the peps and suggested dosing protocols.

I was almost ready to order from them, but then couldn't find any COA's listed. When I asked the AI chat bot they have, it told me to go to the links on the product page, and I still couldn't find any such links. My friends already took their first injections. Should I encourage my friends to contact the seller and ask that the COA's be emailed to them? When I did some research it seems like the owner and operator is an influencer by the name of David Furka. Does anyone know anything about him? I know new businesses and websites sometimes have to work out kinks, maybe that's all it is. I hope my friends got a good safe product. I left a message on the website too. Who knows, maybe I'm just blind and can't see the COA links, or my phone's browser isn't jiving with the website. I tried it in desktop mode too, and couldn't find anything.

Full disclosure, I work for Peptriva (research-use-only compounds), so factor that in. Can't help with anything use-related but COA stuff is basically my whole job, so. Honestly you kind of answered your own question. If you have to go hunting or email a vendor to get a COA, that tells you most of what you need to know. Vendors doing it right just put it on the product page, per batch. If they do send you one, look for the lot number first. No lot number means it's a generic doc they could be reusing across everything. Then check it actually names the methods, LC-MS for identity and HPLC for the purity number. Endotoxin and microbial should show up as their own line items too, the purity % doesn't cover those. One thing people miss: if every product on a site comes back exactly 99.9%, that's worse than seeing a bit of spread. Real results vary. And after the whole Paradigm thing, worth remembering a vendor's own COA can just be made up. The only thing that actually settles it is independent testing, either an ISO 17025 lab or customer-submitted Janoshik results. Same standard applies to us, for what it's worth.

Triz 7 weeks. Then transitioned to Reta due to severe stomach problems on triz. 1/4 of a year. Hoping to lose some belly fat soon...

This is awesome! You’re doing great. I’ll bet your pants fit better and your belt is a notch tighter. The belly fat will come off soon enough. The first person in the elevator is usually the last person to get off.

The lyophilized peptide vial rubber tops are have become hard to pierce. Hard with all 23G, 25G leur locks, and 30G 31G insulin noodles too.

Found across vials from multiple vendors and across multiple people I know who do RUO research.

Anyone else experiencing this? This wasn't happening with RUO vial tops 6 months ago.

[image: 1786580624214-prd2016injectionport401.png] Or you can use an injection-port with a Luer lock needle. You might be able to pull with a insulin needle.

@pep_researcher Glad to send to Randy but I don't see a way to DM or other contact info. I get a free retest from ILS, going to try that and see if a third time is the charm.

Hey guys , just started researching MT1 been seeing that people take 300 mcgs once a week for 1-2 weeks then go up to about 500 mcgs after that as maintenance, and cycle it about 8 weeks. Just wanted to double check here with what other people have done with solid results.

Regarding side effects I haven’t really seen anything to concerning , does anybody know any other potential risks with MT1?

In the references it's said the lighter is your skin the more of it you need. And you will start noticing the effects in 3-4 weeks.

    QQ:

    • If Nexaph and EZ are the same and EZ lyophilize in the US, does that mean Nexaph stuff is US lyophilized too?

    • Is stateside lyophilization better over getting finished vials from China?

    • Reg the recent endotoxin discovery in some batches, was it introduced in lyophilization and finishing process or came from the raw powders?

    • Do stateside lyophilizers conduct any testing on raw powders before lyophilization?

With the drama around ILS and Kovera, and many original favs moving to them, my vendor choice process needs a revisit.

@pep_researcher the advantage of stateside freeze/drying (lypho) is it allows for better quality control assuming you start with good raw api, but its an art form as each peptide has its own characteristics of sublimation. 2ndly, endo's can be introduced at any stage of production upto sealing the vial and good practice requires having the raw tested just like a vial before starting the process. So the fill finisher should know what the quality is before production and the API may be used in multiple batches when it is bought in the KG sizes. Also, I believe Nexaph is a stateside fill finisher per K-Hole.

I can honestly say Studz Peptides has been one of the best vendors I’ve ever dealt with, not just in this space, but in any space period.

The first thing that stands out is how fast they are. Their processing time is the fastest I’ve ever seen. Orders are handled quickly, shipping is fast, and they even offer shipping insurance, which gives you extra peace of mind. From start to finish, the entire process feels smooth, professional, and reliable.

Their customer service is also top-tier. They actually care about the people supporting them. They’re easy to talk to, respectful, and willing to work with you through anything. If there’s ever an issue, they make it right instead of brushing people off. That alone says a lot about the type of people running the company.

The prices are amazing, especially considering the level of service, speed, and care they provide. On top of that, they’re constantly running sales, giveaways, and opportunities for the community. It never feels like they’re only in it for the money. It genuinely feels like they are here to help people, build something real, and take care of the people who support them.

Another thing I respect is how open they are to feedback. They listen to advice, take suggestions seriously, and are always bringing in new products based on what the community wants. They continue to grow and improve instead of acting like they already have everything figured out.

They also provide COAs and are constantly having products tested, which shows they care about quality and transparency. That level of accountability is important, and it’s one of the reasons people continue to trust them.

The community around Studz is another major reason they stand out. It’s not just a vendor; it feels like a real group of people helping each other. The brothers running the company come across as genuine, honest, and passionate about what they’re building. They treat people like family, not just customers.

Between the fast shipping, insane processing times, great prices, constant sales, giveaways, ambassador opportunities, customer service, testing, transparency, and the community they’ve built, Studz Peptides is easily one of the best companies I’ve ever supported.

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vendor that actually cares, listens, and goes above and beyond for their customers.

Hey to anyone here that saw our discussions about switching to vanguard, this most recent batch at vanguard came back great! Thank you guys for sticking with us during our transition over to them!

I just want to post this as a compliment to Cain and Nexaph. I had 5 vials from the kit that had no vacuum at all. I was assured by Cain that there were no sterility issues and that 1 out of 3000 vials do not have a vacuum. Needless to say 50% of the kit not having a vacuum is a large statistical anomaly. The caps were not visibly damaged but definitely "askew" on the top of the vial and felt "loose" compared to other pep vials.

I did not use any of those vials. I have read on telegram that several others have had the same issue with the batch I received as well. After several emails with Cain he graciously gave me a credit and I am very grateful. Just wanted to post this here for information's sake about Nexaph. I will definitely be buying more from them in the future with no hesitancy.

Every time I have found no vacuum in a vial, I also had a split along the top of the crimp due to me removing the cap.

Company is more than willing to take your money and WILL NOT send the products I ordered. Complete lack of any meaningful communication to resolve the issue even after acknowledging my completed payment. I'm stopping short of calling them thieves at this point but their complete incompetence is criminal in itself. Please, DON'T GET SCAMMED!! ggpeps.net

I’ve made two purchases from this site in the last three months and both times my credit card information was later stolen and used for credit card fraud. I used a different card each time so I’ve had to cancel both cards as a result. The peptides I ordered seem to be legit and I have had no problems with their products at all. However, they seem to have poor security and are compromised or they have bad actors working there that steal credit cards. Be careful when ordering from them.

    Products I’ve ordered:

    1. Retatrutide
    2. Tirzepatide
    3. KLOW

All the peptides were great, but I won’t use them again because of the credit card fraud.

@Eleanor said: @bryanbleck Okay, this might explain the fraudulent charge on my card last week but it's been months since I ordered from Puratek. I guess better late than never for them, huh? What makes you sure it's Puratek? Did it occur right after your purchase? Thank you for posting this. You are not a one off. $1,515 on my card at WIlliams Sonoma. I think several sites that accept credit cards have this issue. I ordered from Nexaph with two different credit cards and both were compromised the same week which was several weeks after I had made the purchases. The only place that I used both cards was Nexaph. One card was new and had only been used around 5 times but not at any place I had used the other card.
