My rat has always been a light sleeper, trouble staying asleep. On top of that, around mid December my rat's mind wouldn't shut off, doing the Indy 500 if you will. Well, I finally found a sleep stack that my rat likes, keeping it simple, and doesn't cause grogginess in the morning. Magnesium Glycinate: 400mg - 1hr b4 bed Glycine: 2g - 1 hr b4v bed Selank: (2 snorts) for those chaotic busy days (1 1/2 hr b4 bed) DSIP: (2 snorts) if my body is tired and wired (30 min b4 bed) Selank/DSIP subq previously, but as of yesterday, nasal is the path going forward unless the effects don't prove strong enough, then will switch back. Well switching back to SubQ 500 mcg, once spray is done After doing some further research, will add Pinealon not as a replacement but for more support, the cognitive benefits. Plan is: Nasal, morning to mid-afternoon. At some point Epithalon will be considered Any thoughts or suggestions? Edit: ooh and now I'm off to find some Semax to help me understand Crypto better and not continue to psych myself out(it's getting ridiculous lol) clear the fog and confusion around this intimidating subject sighhh

Heard from @brandon that he uses Rhythm for bloodwork, which is the leading option, but wanted to doublecheck to see what others use for regular bloodwork. Also, which metric panels do you value and why? Ex I’m wearing Apple Watch every day now cause I read “Reta may increase heart rate, so I want to monitor it.” But with bloodwork: “Reta can possibly have negative effect X, so get panel Y.” “MOTS-C can deplete A, so get panel B.” If these statements are better coming from a “pep doc”, then so be it, but the question then becomes how do I find one that isn’t trying to scam me?

The inhaler isn’t the same since they had to change the propellant. It burns so bad, even when used with a tube. They also don’t hold pressure for long periods like the old ones. You can mad scientist recharge them with a butane can when the zombie apocalypse hits.
