    The inhaler isn’t the same since they had to change the propellant. It burns so bad, even when used with a tube. They also don’t hold pressure for long periods like the old ones. You can mad scientist recharge them with a butane can when the zombie apocalypse hits.

    Figured since this was a dead area that I would add something Strength training is one of the best things that you can do for longevity. 5/3/1 is a great program and the link below has a fantastic program generator https://blackironbeast.com/5/3/1/calculator
