I used 1-2ml of bac to reconstitude. The rest saline MLs depending on concentration or dilution. Clear your nose, prime a nice mist, insert and spray up and towards the ears. New to this group and wanted to give my journey... Got introduced to peps when I destroyed my rotator cuff and bicep (still recovering after 7 months). Started BPC157 and TB-500 from Paramount Peptides which seemed to help. Since then I've also bought Wolverine blend from Simple Peptides. I started testing kisspeptin from Simple which I like and Reta from VPeptide. com in Canada (I have a guy lol). Love the reta...SW..190 CW..172. My wife has experienced close to the same loss and my daughter is down 30 in the same time frame, no side effects. I'm now looking to get into kits and grey because individual vials adds up and I want to start other protocols like a mitochondria protocol and add KLOW. Looking forward to learning more in this group (seems better than other groups I'm in) and researching vendors and how to get stuff tested. Getting ripped off or garbage vials is my biggest concern so I have a lot to learn. Thanks for having me.

@randallchampion There was a poll in a Discord group with a 5mg/5mg Reta/Cag blend listed, so I can only assume it was a potential new offering from their vendor. There’s definitely a group of people who believe in microdosing Reta, with some starting around 0.5mg. With a 1:1 blend, even 250mcg of each would be an interesting place conceptually. And Cag has been studied at doses into the multi-milligram range, so there may be more practicality to the ratio than it initially appears. I personally wouldn’t push Cag anywhere near the upper end, but there may be something to this combination under the surface that we just don’t understand yet. I’m interested to see where the research eventually takes it. If it catches on that is.

Ascension was the very first vendor I used for Reta. Product worked great, but they are way overpriced.

Thanks everybody for the outpouring of support! And for those of you that are on a similar path, keep going, you got this!! Things I've noticed have been no more joint pain even after a heavy session at the gym. Inflammation is gone, brain fog is gone. I do find myself constantly adjusting the seat in my truck to find a new and comfortable position. I do feel as if I have body dysmorphia issues. Although I've heard it takes a bit for your brain to catch up and register the drastic changes. That part is weird. But I still have a ways to go yet.

reconstituted my 117mg of GHK-Cu into 20ml of bacteriostatic water. I am currently taking 2mg a day, but I might move up to 3mg to finish the bottle in a little over a month. EDIT - No stinging or Pain @ all
