I started low and slow daily to make sure I wasn't allergic. Then switched to 10mg/week spread out MWF. Now I'm back to taking daily 1mg (might bump to 2) because the afternoons of my injection days I would be dragging. At first Mots made me feel like Superman. I started Ss31 because of the afternoon drag, but that didn't help. So I'm trying daily again.

@BeeKind 6+ Weeks using 1mg/week and it's honestly been great. Before this I was researching reta with a local vendor and it feels similar. Keep me posted if you find anything out as this is likely going to end up being one of my main vendors alongside Crush and MH if I can actually can get product from Crush

Don't forget to also adjust your TDEE. I reevaluate mine every month to make sure I'm staying in a calorie deficit with my weight loss. It's easy to forget. But hang in there, you got this. I just restarted my compounded Tirzepatide this past week after being off of it since my lost pin, April 22nd. Making sure the mass I have in my neck wasn't cancerous and turns out to be a benign tumor, so all my Docs cleared me to start back. Also, try going for a 20 minute walk after dinner. 100% agree. I ordered mine and just made a note that it's well above 100 degrees here daily (Phoenix). I had some BAC water in the order and was just concerned about it sitting too long in a hot truck, hot post office, hot truck, hot mailbox. They immediately responded and said it would be fine but they would upgrade my shipping to 2 day air to ease my mind. I didn't ask nor expect that. Awesome!

We offer smaller quantities too, the per-unit rate just improves at higher volume the way most bulk pricing works and there is a limited amount of vendors offering 30% off for that. @vpeptides they have a ton of research groups that send their stuff in for testing. If you do a quick search you can find the link to their telegram in this community. @randy shared it in one of the threads. I understand the skepticism, but there is a whole different level of clarity provided in their telegram group/groups. All of the vast amounts of independent testing that is done within these groups does line up with their COAs. If there are other vendors that provide the level of communication, open conversation, and radical transparency regarding what they are doing... I am not aware of them. That, of course, doesn't mean they aren't out there..it simply means I don't know about them. Happy Researching, DRTasCanB
