    Definitely do not do FLGR IM. Albumin binder expands there and hurts like a mother. Can't speak to klotho.
    Doing flgr 1mg daily M-F, so 5mg a week. I'm certain the compound behaves in a dose dependent fashion as the last 3-4 weeks have been amazing for gains. But you still have to be mindful of what's happening in your body. My weekly total weight on Tonal went up 25k during that time and I almost didn't realize it. Kept doing extra reps. Then extra full sets. Tonal kept adding weight with its algorithm. All I wanted to do was lift! Then neural fatigue kicked in. Was sleeping less, etc. Long story short, I'm taking at least a week to deload (half weight and half sets) and rest more. Once accomplished then back at it- with more strategic and planned recovery weeks on the calendar.

      I don't know if anyone has mentioned it here before but there is an on-going 15% discount on FGLR with the code “JFDISCOUNT"

        @TrueNorth
        Curious if you know if that code stacks with 'JayC' which is the typical 15% discount code that works for almost anything on the BLL site?

              Josh doesn't know jack about this one. If he tries it for 4 months and then says it doesn't work it will confirm he's a buffoon. If he actually did a trial most likely he'd have to make another video with 'I was wrong' in the title. I sense this might be up your alley though!

                That video tells me everything I need to know...about the person who created the video. Zero credibility. A buffoon.

                On a side note, for research purposes, I am shifting to 2.5mg FLGR once per week starting tomorrow (2.5mg every Monday). Just completing a wash-out week to set up for the change. My wife will remain on 2.5mg per week, so we just split a vial per week.

                If. IF, FLGR242 response curves parallel the Bimagrumab results, a good possibility but not yet known as fact, then half a year gives me the vast majority of the benefits, and I can taper back until we have a year of more of continued lack of negative signals. In other words, play cautious simply for the sake of doing so until BioLongevityLabs publishes results of currently ongoing human testing.

                Last week I did another round of labs and for example my PSA remains unchanged at 0.5, so prostate is happy. Rest of labs look as expected with no surprises, in spite of being on a TRT++ protocol for three months + FLGR, so a worst case, or depending how you look at it, a best case (lol!) scenario.

                I remain a researcher of Klotho at one vial per 13 days.

                  Just an update. Yes, I realized that Paramount is the out facing vendor for Alpha BioMed, which erroneously publishes that alpha-Klotho LR (MAB) is a monoclonal antibody, which it is not! I just messaged Mike Farber on LinkedIn, and he responded within minutes.

                  I am now researching both FLGR-242 (5mg) and a-Klotho LR (10 mcg). I purchased from BLL. Both with discounts came to about $174.57/vial.

                  Chronological age: 66.3-yrs-old. TruAge OMICmAge = 60.8. Symphony Age 62.3. Telomere Biological Age 69.1.

                  I have since done two rounds of Epithalon + Thymalin. I also take TA65 Rx 500 QD. Pinning Testosterone Cypionate 20U (40 mg) sub-Q every other day--just switched from IM twice a week.

                  One round of Senolytic FOXO4-DRI.

                  Cycling Tesa/Ipa - 2mg/200mcg 5d on/2d off.

                  Started alpha-Klotho 10 mcg Q 2 weeks.

                  Started FLGR-242 initially at 5mg Q wk, but decided to do 2.5 mg twice a week.

                  Exercising 5x/week - mostly resistance exercises, but will resume using Peloton.

                  Regularly checking Biomarkers and DEXA scans. Have done GutID and SelfDecode methylation tests.

                  I just wanted to share baselines so I can report on changes to biomarkers, body composition, etc.

                    @ImaFrogNotaRat hey brother.

                    Just an opinion.

                    At your age I would do GH instead of the secretagogues

                    Maybe 2iu would suffice.

                      Also check your Total, and Free test like in 2-3 weeks, dont wait months.

                      Sometimes Test SQ doesn’t absorb well.

                        @diegoc Thank you for the advice. My goal with the Tesa/Ipa is to reduce visceral fat (3.5 lbs VAT) and reduce inflammatory causes of atherosclerotic CVD. My reluctance to use the GH is my controlled Type 2 Diabetes. I don't want any acute insulin resistance. Are you implying that the GH would be better from an anabolic perspective?

                        I'm afraid of messing with the HPA axis.

                        As for the sub-Q testosterone, that's a good point. Presumably that has to get absorbed somewhere. I could always pin my anterior/lateral thigh. I believe even the 1/2" needle would hit the muscle.

                          The GH is more of a longevity protocol, but the secretogoges do work well however mainly for younger age ppl. Just check your IGF levels to not be throwing money away.

                          I really dont know how it would work with Diabetes, so you might need to check on that.

                          If your doing a 1/2” in the ventral glute then your doing a shallow IM, thats were i shoot my test and its the best

                            @PeptidePete I agree, Josh doesn't know Jack about a lot of stuff and he recently just self crowned himself as the biggest channel for peptides.

                            He did a video of 5 amino and he isn't even aware of the difference in bioavailability between oral and subQ. His math said you needed 50 mg of 5 amino based on the rat studies, he then went on to say that the dose required for both Sub Q and oral was the same 50mg and recomended oral becasue the tsablets come in 50 mgs and its cheaper. I actually LOL'd when I watched it.

                            He also did a GH peptide video where he messed up in a claim about receptor desensitization and I left a comment in his video with a link to the evidence politely but he just deleted my comment within minutes.

                              For those following these compounds just a heads up. BLL has a 50% off sale running through July30. Code JayC usually adds another 15% off. That is all!

                                With the current discount I think I am going to jump in. Been eyeing this for awhile. I may have missed it earlier in this thread, but any suggestions on dosing and how often? I was going to buy the 6 pack so 12 vials.

                                        I would read this topic. You need quite a bit more than 2 vials
