Never underestimate the greed of big pharma and our elected officials. They would raid a nursing home for the spare change in the residents' pockets, patent the bingo cards as "cognitive enhancement therapy," triple the price with a government subsidy, and still complain that Medicare doesn't pay them enough.

I started out on Zepbound, moved to compounded tirzepatide to split dose to avoid some of the side effects. Then discovered Nexaph and switched to buying tirzepatide from them. With the money I saved by walking away from EL and my GP I was able to take my wife to the Caribbean.. She never questioned my research again. YMMV

@BoxerLover If Big Pharma loses money because people cannot pay out of pocket for GLPs, they will make it up in revenue from statins, diabetes medications, antihypertensives, and other forms of managed decline medications. Recent history proves that the Western medical industrial complex couldn’t care less if we are healthy, they just want to keep us alive as long as we remain profitable.

    Review

I ordered several kits from Nexaph last month. One of the items I ordered was TB-500. It was a recent batch, and the updated COA wasn’t available yet, but I went ahead and ordered it anyway. I planned to hold off on using it until independent testing was available.

Today, out of the blue, I received an email from Nexaph saying they were refunding 25% of the cost because their in-house testing showed the vial was underfilled (7.5 mg instead of 10 mg, though purity remained at 99%). What surprised me most was that the private testing wasn’t even started yet. Nexaph proactively disclosed the issue and issued the refund before anyone else had caught the underfill.

While this may be nothing new to more experienced Nexaph customers, it’s one of the few times since I started down this rabbit hole that I’ve been pleasantly surprised by a vendor.

    FalcF Falc

@SoySebastian I got two of the 30mg kits, but I am doing 7.5mg Tirz a week and the math works out well. Can't beat the price, I would have done a couple more, but I already have several in the freezer.

@Newenough I go through Questhealth and get the complete male hormone panel on my own, when I want. The only reason I still go through a clinic is to keep it legal and to keep access to a local compounding pharmacy. I have a few friends who buy through the online telehealth companies, but I am not sure it is any cheaper.

Getting it tested is what has kept me from buying it from a grey vendor, I figured it would be a hassle.

Most cost-effective ways that I have found to get testing of some things is to join in one of the 3 party testing groups on Telegram. For something as popular as Nexaph Tirzepatide a testing group will spin up as soon as the pre-order is live. Cost and vial donations are split between the group. Most are pretty comprehensive testing panels.

@Newenough From my limited experience, Nexaph has a tendency to overfill. A couple of weeks ago, I did have a kit that showed an underfill, and Nexaph issued a credit as soon as the test results came back.

    FalcF Falc

I researched split dosing 3.5mg of Tirzepatide for a while with pretty good results. I ended up hitting a stall and decided to add 750mcg Cagrilintide on Saturday and go with a 7.5mg once a week Wednesday instead of trying Reta or increasing my Tirzepatide. I have had great results with Tirzepatide/Cagrilintide.

I have been "diagnosed" with chronic hypertension, I am on week 9 of a 12-week cycle of MOTS-c daily at 1mg (M-F), and I have not noticed any increase of my baseline BP average since starting the MOTS-c. No sting at all for me, I usually pen it in the quad.

I agree with starting low, everybody is going to be different, and it will take a little while to get it dialed in. In the beginning I would get the bloodwork done quarterly. I've known several people who started with telehealth and started to high and had to deal with some side effects. I do test-c, 100mg a week, eod and that is my sweet spot. I use a pen with a 29g .5" needle. I've been lucky and found a local clinic and can get it compounded locally. My PPC wouldn't even discuss it, even know my levels were pretty low, "it happens when we get older". I am tempted to buy a kit from QSC and see if I can get it tested.

I ordered a couple of kits, it's a pretty good price. The TG testing group is spinning up to do independant testing. Like everything else in this space, there is always a risk but you do the best you can to minimize it. That being said there are only a few of vendors I would do this with.

I have been using NXP-2P from Nexaph (30 mg) since early this year, around January or February. Before that, I used compounded Tirzepatide for 3 months through a telehealth provider, and the name-brand version before that. I don’t notice a nickel’s worth of difference between any of them.

According to Glapp, I’ve lost about 7 lbs per month since January (yes, it’s a little fast, but I have other medical issues that make the weight loss critical).

Full disclosure, I pin 7.5 mg Tirzepatide from Nexaph on Wednesdays and 5 mg Mazdutide from Southern Aminos on Saturdays. So all of the weight loss is not from the Tirzepatide alone.

  • How has the Hospira price increase affected you?
    FalcF Falc
    • What Kind of BAC water do you use? Did you use something different before? Pfizer Hospira, when I first got started using lyophilized peptides I used a couple bottles of from EZpeptides.

    • Where did you buy your BAC water before? Mainly from Amsco Medical but I think I got some from Medex Supply.

    • How many 30ml Bottles of BAC do you go through a month? At least one 30ml bottle.

    • How much more a month are you now paying for your BAC water? None, I think the last case we purchased was $11 a bottle, I have enough to last for a while.
