@jackiee Agree, this happens about every 6-12 months in one form or fashion. I know it will be used to market like crazy by the vendors (get it while you can sales).

Nexaph, EZ, and stateside lyophilization Q@pep_researcher the advantage of stateside freeze/drying (lypho) is it allows for better quality control assuming you start with good raw api, but its an art form as each peptide has its own characteristics of sublimation. 2ndly, endo's can be introduced at any stage of production upto sealing the vial and good practice requires having the raw tested just like a vial before starting the process. So the fill finisher should know what the quality is before production and the API may be used in multiple batches when it is bought in the KG sizes. Also, I believe Nexaph is a stateside fill finisher per K-Hole.

Which Testing Labs do you use and trust ?Finnrick is a joke. Their free program is either broken or complete scam at this point. I have had a request for a free test on Tirz for almost a month. All I get is a once-a-week email that informs me it normally takes 1-2 business days for a decision and one email suggesting I move to a paid service (of course) if I wanted a quicker response. Try Freedom or Vanguard.

Reta doomsday@motiefs yes they have the standard, its formula, weight, structure etc. that is public information and is how labs even identify various peptides. I think what needs to be expanded on by the labs is what do they mean by purity and net peptide content (npc). Purity, in case off Reta to me, means what % is undamaged Reta that meets the scientific standard published, while npc means all the Reta in various stages of degradation, such that if you know purity and npc, one can determine potency (the good stuff). purity% X npc = potency assay.

Study: RUO Reta Underperformed Lilly's TrialsIts possible, but I suspect Lilly picked the perfect candidates, as the candidates they select are not just rando. On the other hand, I suspect many RUO peptides do lack potency, because of sequencing, folding, hidden tfa and residual salts, water. I have had mixed responses on this when asking the labs on K-Hole. Some say net peptide content (NPC) is the actual potency while others say make sure the NPC number you get back from a lab account for residual tfa, residual solvents, free tfa, salts and water content.

Accidentally Took 3,600 mcg of BPC-157/TB-500 Wolverine Blend Instead of 600 mcg — My Experience@kristophermatyas Just off a 5 day run. Dosed over that time 10mg BPC157, 20mg TB500, 20mg KPV, and 10mg GHK-cu. So a total of 60mg in 5 days. Haven't noticed any difference. This stuff isn't coke, meth or heroin, that is why there is no heavy enforcement.
I have almost come to the conclusion, if its not patented, it doesn't work. -

BioLongevity LabsI trying to delve deeper into this because so many claim everything comes from China, not so sure:
Grey vendors with access or possible access to full USA based manufacturers.Paramount - owned or associated with Alph BioLabs a usa based synthesizer
BioLongevity Labs — Strongest after Paramount. They have Dr. Ky Le, MD as Scientific Reviewer
Koi Peptides / KOI Wellbeing — Runs as a functional & integrative medical practice (La Jolla, CA) with physicians on staff.
Mile High Compounds — Founded by someone with personal doctor-prescribed experience; Colorado-based with clinic-style operations. Received FDA warning letters (typical for this space), but functions with provider connections.
LicensedPeptides.com — Positions as a “licensed U.S. business entity” with wholesale/bulk arm aimed at providers and clinics. Heavy emphasis on GMP + research access for professionals.
BioEdge Research Labs — Partners with physicians, medspas, and regenerative clinics. Has ties to medical networks and promotes physician-level use.
Many others claim and could be sourcing from Alpha Biolabs, Phoenix Pharma or CPC Scientific or smaller setups. Most likely vendor needs an NPI somehow associated with ownership to clear regulatory hurdles in the uSA to be legit.

Does filtering work? Yep, lab tested....its the positive charge that filters the endotoxins, how high a level not sure yet. But they are specifically designed for filtering endotoxins

Crush Research User Review: Disappointed@Stevepep In an inventory business with pressured margins, without a LOC/debt, all sales have to be poured back into inventory for a long while, particularly in a biz as saturated as the peptide vendor market. AOD-9604 reconstitution@charlescoyle AA made it worse. I just used 3ml of bac water at room temperature was the trick for a 5mg Instant Peptides vial. Keep in mind AOD is a fat mobilizer not a burner. Works best in a fasted state at high doses before a workout, which begs the question, why not use HGH before a workout.

HGH 191AA@iMemphis18 SS31 kits I purchased from there were solid. Part of a group test, so all I can say is they were good results.
