Can anyone point me to a website or discussion that can help me figure out how to read and understand my rats bloodwork results and how to determine what peptides might be beneficial for those functions to improve?

You will be fine as far as trypanophobia, I wasn't even sure if it would stay on with just the sticker. Completely painless. When you pull it off you can literally slide it off if you want there is no needle or anything inside of your arm. As far as scabbing, I had one for about a week, as of this writing it is gone now. -
Cleaning this up a bit to make it easier to read and added an additional note after #2's Ortho appointment yesterday.
Update 6/20/26: Rat#1
He still feels pretty good, but can't do real heavy lifting which is required for his job.
BUT, had a follow up visit with Doc. More Xrays and MRIs, then was referred to Surgeon, which was not a good sign.Prior In 2018 when they opened his right shoulder, surgeon said it looked like hamburger, tissue is shredded, degenerative, not much to work with
Fast forward to now: after reviewing the Xrays and MRIs, they still want to do surgery, however, instead of a full shoulder replacement, will do another rotator cuff surgery and remove as much arthritis as they can, collarbone and shoulder are full of it.
Surgeon says, the tissue looks good and there is enough to sew to.
Whether the Cartalax/TB/BP combo was the reason, or whether his body simply had more regenerative capacity than they expected, IDK, but the fact remains, he now has repairable tissue where he previously had none. My thoughts are that the real evidence will show when they open it up again. Staying positive and hopeful

Post surgery, plan to start a Klow stack to help with the healing along with physical therapy. Eventually add in another cycle of Cartalax.
As for Rat#2: plan to restart research in the next month or so, I ain't giving it up yet

Lab Rat #1 — Shoulder OA + Post‑Surgical Pain
Background:
Two rotator cuff surgeries, arthritis in the joint, severe mobility limits. Couldn’t lift arms overhead, couldn’t hold weight, daily tasks were becoming impossible. Steroid injection in January gave ~2 weeks of relief. Durolane gave ~3 weeks. Advil was basically a food group. Shoulder replacement was on the horizon.
February — Research Cycle Begins
Baseline:Continued Vitamin D3 (5000 IU daily)
Week 1
Protocol:BPC‑157: 0.5 mg (Mon–Fri)
TB‑500: 0.5 mg (Mon–Fri)
Injection sites rotated between bicep and shoulder area
No weekend dosing
Notes: No side effects.
Week 2
Added:Cartalax 1 mg daily
Continued BPC‑157 + TB‑500 (same schedule)
Notes: No side effects → titrated Cartalax to 2 mg.
Weeks 3–4
Protocol:BPC‑157: 0.5 mg (Mon–Fri)
TB‑500: 0.5 mg (Mon–Fri)
Cartalax: 2 mg daily
Observation:
Pain decreased
Could lift arms overhead for the first time in a long time
Paused 1 week to assess → benefits maintained.
Cycle 2 (Weeks 1–4)
Repeated full protocol:Cartalax 2 mg daily
BPC‑157 0.5 mg (Mon–Fri)
TB‑500 0.5 mg (Mon–Fri)
Results:
Significant improvement
Pain largely resolved
Shoulder mobility nearly normal
Cycle 3 (Current)
Week 2 and going strong.Functional gains:
Building cabinets
Holding tools for long periods
Using saws
Doing tasks previously impossible (couldn’t even hold a coffee pot before)
Side effects:
None reported across all cycles
Summary:
Lab Rat #1 = Energizer Bunny.Lab Rat #2 — Knee OA + RA
Baseline supplements:NR, NAC, Glutathione(oral Reduced, D3-K2, Astaxanthin,
CoQ10 + PQQ reintroduced Week 8Research Cycle — Week 1 (Started Apr 26)
Protocol:TB‑500: 0.5 mg
BPC‑157: 0.25 mg
Cartalax: 1 mg
(Evening injections)Note:
Lab Rat #2 was cautious with BPC‑157 due to a prior eye‑related reaction in January. Started low. No recurrence of eye issues so far.Day 4 Observations:
Knees felt heavy, stiff, and fatiguedLiterature suggests this can occur due to Collagen II upregulation
Morning stiffness slightly improved the next day
Update — Increased to 2 mg Cartalax
Knees still heavyStiffness/fullness without visible swelling
Monitoring bloodwork
Update 3
Lab Rat #1 thriving.
Lab Rat #2… not so much.Stiffness → pressure → difficulty walking
Ice helped temporarily
Literature suggests this may be part of early “remodeling,” but unclear
Continued cautiously
Update 4 (5/16/26)
Lab Rat #1 = unstoppable.
Lab Rat #2 = officially paused research.Entered a full flare in both knees
Walking became extremely difficult
Pain escalated beyond “uncomfortable”
Waiting for orthopedic evaluation
Very disappointed — had high hopes
Important note:
Lab Rat #2 has RA + OA, which complicates responses and may explain the flare. This shouldn’t discourage others whose physiology is different.5/18/26
ORTHO appointment yesterday. I had a new Ortho due to I couldn't get into my primary nor could I wait any longer, I think I'm really going to like this one and going to switch. We have a similar history, both have Autoimmune and knee issues. Gave each other tips and tricks on supplements, meds, what works what doesn't etc. She learned a few things from me and I learned from her

My suspicions were confirmed, it's the RA aggravating the OA, and the flare up is due to it was never really calmed down from Dec. when a bad reaction occurred from an infusion. So with that said, had a steroid shot in both knees, today is an awesome day, can walk almost pain free, of course that's the steroid working
Going to get scheduled for Gel shots, after that is done, I can then proceed with caution but not before discussing further with Ortho who is very open minded about the new frontiers of medicine, my hope is RENEWED. She did stress how important MSM, HA and collagen supplements are with this journey for support.
read more →I have a bad knee I been light footing for a few years. I took GLOw because I got impatient for my Wolverine. Inflammation went away. After the Glow and Wolverine vials my knee is better by 60%. As you can see, I didnt even run any protocol. This time Ill be running them bpc and tb separate. There is a protocol I'm goingnto comit and see how far I can take this knee. I even hit the treadmill without any issues. -
Hi friends!
I wanted to pop on here and share my stack that has kicked some serious ass (still on, btw)! Im super happy about it, and thought I would have appreciated this when I was just starting out.
First of all, my rat's goals are body recomp. My rat is a small female, so not too interested in losing a bunch of weight, since my rat has been on Tirz for 5 months and have hit my goal weight with the 2.5mg dose. Wanting to stay there. Really focused on losing the extra "fluff" and gaining more muscle definition, especially the low belly. Also interested in longevity and skin as well.
The stack:
Weekly:
Sun - 2.5mg TirzM-F AM:
1mg - Mots-c
25mg - NAD+
1mg - 5-Amino-1MQ
350mcg - AOD-9604M-F PM:
0.5mg - CJC-1295/IPA (no dac)
3mg - GHK-CULots of pokes, which isn't the most fun, but worth it as I have been seeing the numbers change.
Life protocol: I intermittent fast in the mornings each day. 3-4x a week resistance train, with fasted cardio in the morning. (15-20 min) I take my AOD about 15 min before I hop on the stairs. I wait to eat about 2-3 hours after AOD, which feels very easy to do.
Results?! I've been on this for about 2 months (slowly titrated up as I have introduced each peptide on its own). I have gained 3 pounds on the scale. Lost 5% body fat, lost 5lbs body fat mass, gained 3lbs skeletal muscle, and 4 pounds of lean mass. Many more metics, but those are my big ones. I can see muscle definition poppin - abs, legs, arms, the whole banana. Im really pumped!
Anyhoo - Hope this is helpful if anyone is interested in body recomp! Its been fun seeing the results happen, and still looking forward to even more!
This research protocol has worked for me, but always do your own! All I know is my body really likes this one. :]

Review
I've used various vendors to run my experiment and was disappointed more often than that even when I spent a lot of money. I find this site peptide critic I become a member and then I start going over some of the different vendors in the directory. So I decided to try this group this laboratory S1 research. Honestly I wasn't expecting anything to the level that I really wanted to experience and to discover. I'm so glad I decided to take a chance because they exceeded every one of my hopes and I finally believe I found a very high-quality land that it really does care about pushing forward the best products to get the best answers for all types of research so that we can make the world better for everyone in it! ... ... Thank you to S1 research God bless you guys and keep putting out the good products!

@LeatherNeck777 I 100% AGREE with you! Outstanding sale on items I wanted. Can't account for their regular pricing, but will shop them first at every sale! My order came in a regular Fed Ex which I winced at first, then found a 'bulk' wrapped in a bit thicker padded white envelope and when I opened it, found a small, tupperware-like container with a white lid; 2" x 2.5" and I was impressed! But wait, there's more... On each SS-31 vial, the label has the production date, CAS#, batch #, exact mg., purity, corresponding cap color, & QR code, all on the vial label according to their COA; much like the NAD+ buf 1062.77mg. How handy this is! As soon as I can get my phone to act right, I'll post a photo. I'm really anxious to try their products out but am taking them in order of production date, so when I do try them, I'll post the results. Barring results, I'M SOLD! -
I have been trying to come up with different ways to cut down on the amount of shots I take everyday without out giving up any of the peptides that work for me. I am thinking of putting my Mots-C and NAD in the same pen. Anyone ever do this before?
MOTS-C 50mg & NAD 500mg Bottles:
Mix 1cc in 30mg MOTS-C Bottle
Mix 2cc in 500mg NAD Bottle
Combined 1 MOTS-C & 1 NAD =
MOTS-C 1.5mg / NAD 25mg - 15iu
MOTS-C 2mg / NAD 33mg - 20iu

Has anyone been able to use SS 31 for a longer amount of time at the higher doses of 10 mg a day when your product has been sourced from gray market sources? The stuff is super expensive but I know that the purity needs to be above 99% to be effective. I’m wondering if anybody has tried something below that purity or tried an unknown purity and had any positive or negative results.
I’d be interested to hear your dose length of treatment and source for the peptide

Good morning. I was looking at some body lotion that I have seen online that contains GHK-cu and Estradiol to help tighten skin. It was kind of $$ and I thought, “I have raw GHK-cu, if i could find Estradiol, I could make my own”. Now, i take an Estradiol prescription pill, but does anyone know where I could find Estradiol that could be added to a lotion? I haven’t seen it anywhere, but then a year ago I hadn’t heard of these peptides, either! I figured if anyone would know, someone on here would!

Looking to find a good source for enclomiphene. It has been suggested by a couple people after they have seen my blood test results. I dont know much about it except that it blocks estrogen receptors to trick the body into testosterone production. My test is at 275 total and 56 free, so I definitely need to try something before I commit to TRT the rest of my life. Anyone have any good sources to suggest?
No TRT. Just enclo (see results above). I've considered DIM but it felt finicky to me in terms of outcome- from an overall estrogen perspective (mood, protective heart benefits) I don't mind my E2 at 30pg. But it is on my list of next things to try once I see what boron, zinc and tongkat do to my free T on next labs. Like RC above, my wife would find it 'tedious' if I was chasing her around all day like she was a dog in heat! LOL -
I recently purchased 24iu HgG from a grey vendor, and wondering how I should recon it. I was recommended to start at 2iu, so when I get my vials in, since its a 24iu vial, how many ML of BAC water should I put in it, and when its 2 IU, how many units would i pull? Would it be 2IU = 20units?
@randy for some advice, since other posts said you run 2iu and its doing well, I am curious about your experience. Thanks!

@troyhpstudioz.com you need to test each batch. ILS has great pricing. I use them exclusively now and they have a nice website dashboard to track everything. Welcome10 gets you 10 pct off your first order. It’s $130 a test for HPLC with the discount. Start there. You can also test through Finnrick and pay for BT Labs if you let them publish it for $89. It takes a long time for results though and their communication is terrible. Forget the free test unless you want to lie about where it’s from and even then it’s a challenge As an aside sources from China with great prices are not hard to find. It’s about what’s in the vials you have to get them tested and factor in that expense and also the loss of product. Depending on the level of testing it’s 1-3 vials -
Reta is amazing in alot more than you realize. Eli Lilly & Company is in the board room trying to figure how to put out Reta to the public with regulations. And who knows how much it will cost and what they are going to put in it. The fat loss is just one of the things it does. Dig in deeper. Its very interesting.
The "sweet spot" for this one is about dialing it right. Remember, you can titrate up or down in dosages. The sweet spot is like this, just Imagine the following. You get hungry but fill up quick. All them munchies hunting you? Gone or close to gone. All while burning fat 24/7. If you want to burn more fat? Just move, exercise. Exercise why? To burn more fat and maintain muscle or *build more muscle? Hunger why? It allows you to get enough proteins and micronutrients, under control, without the nagging craving to munch. All while your burning fat 24/7 with your liver. Basically your liver cleans itself out, fatty liver gone. Now your liver can filtering all the bs you taken in? You start to detox guys. Its like a chain reaction of good health. We are being handed tools to dial our bodies bios. Best advice. If we are not getting any blood work with someone who really knows how to read it. Be patient. Start with small dosages. Titrate up or down, dail it. Until it feels right, not tolerable. Listen to your body, like an avatar you need to take care. There are peptide you feel right away, some that take time and some not at all. Keep track of what and how much is going in. Be patient, keep it simple to track you stack. The next level is combining them right. *Reta has three peps in one. Well GLP1 is a gilla monster poison exendin-4, so I heard. "We are the rats" my friends.

I recently placed an a rather large order with Southern Aminos. Since they had a rather large sale promotion going on. I wasn't surprised they didn't get it out on the same day. But then they shipped it on July second knowing that Fed Ex wasn't going to be moving anything on Saturday July 4th or Sunday July 5th. So an order placed on the first is in transit until delivery on July 6. We are experiencing extreme heat, 100 degrees , where I live. Fed Ex isn't air conditioning their cargo. I think this was really poor judgement to ship these peptides over a holiday when they could have just held them and waited. I am know concerned about degradation from extreme heat. I am new to research and am wondering if my concern is valid. Comments and suggestions are appreciated.
