@BoxerLover You’re probably talking about the one by Joe Marrs? He uses 1-2mg on his mum/grandma & only for 30 days. Cartalax like a lot of peptides hasn’t got 1 written/approved set of instructions guaranteed to work - especially in the case of Cartalax that isn’t as common as BPC for instance. I’ve got about 20-30 saved protocols/articles and tried to see the common denominators and sort the shit from the clay to come up with the “best educated guess” on what had 1/2 a chance of working - probably 80-90% (of the ones I found) were at the 4mg mark with some titrating from 2-4 over a couple of weeks and 80-90% had cycles of between 1 & 3 months with a break of 2-3 months to reassess. I can put a few up if you want but I can guarantee someone else will put a few up saying the opposite so ‍️- you’ve just got to try use your best judgment. I definitely agree with him on using it in conjunction with a BPC/TB/KLOW type thing to help things along though - but unfortunately this wasn’t an option in the case of the friend I was talking about earlier.

I am currently doing Reta 5mg 1x/week, GHK-Cu 3mg daily, SS-31 4mg daily, 5Amino 20mg daily(still dialing in dosing), NAD+ 100mg 2x/week, Lipo-C .5ml 3x/week(mgs vary of each item in the blend), Tes/Ipa 1mg/300mcg 5 on 2 off, MT1 1mg as needed when I get outside. I didn't start them all at the same time but it is my current stack. I will add MOTS-C in about 2 weeks. and that will be 5mg 3x/week.

@beekind good for you. I’ve been a workout nut for the past 35 years. I live to see people working out. It doesn’t have to be some crazy intense workout, just as long as you are moving and doing something. Now I think the more you do, the more you’ll want to do. There are just so many benefits, especially as we get older, to get the work in. I have to hit the gym at least five days a week. Helps me keep my sanity. Anyway keep up the good work.

Ive been pinning glutathione for 4 weeks now, 100mg 2x a week for the first 2 weeks and 200mg 2x onwards. My plan is to take the glutathione for 4 months which is how long my Accutane cycle is aswell. When I started my cycle I also started taking Accutane - I thought this would actually be beneficial as the Glutathione may help the liver stress caused by Accutane. Though through research and pondering, I'm thinking that maybe the glutathione puts extra strain on the liver making it work more to eliminate oxidative stress - free radicals etc. SO, im wondering if the glutathione may be more unwanted stress on the liver alongside with Accutane. So does anyone have leads findings and experiences on this topic? Let me know!

@jennn primarily because it was easier to find, and cost less. So, if it worked I would move to Survo when that runs out.

@Superpep Not sure whats wrong. They actually are owned by the company supplying the raws so they source from themselves and then they complete the manufacturing process by freeze drying and batch control, which occurs here on US soil. So once again, not sure what was wrong. The actual point was they have control over batches, so the COA's are meaningful as they relate to an actual batch with cap colors and crimps which THEY CONTROL without relying on a factory in China. Hope that cleared that up for ya

I wonder if this applies to Survo also. I've been running survo on my rat for 3 months with the tirz and I'm still getting gout like symptoms in my big toes. Not quite like a gout flare up because it doesn't get all red, but pain to where I can barely walk sometimes. Uric acid levels are in the normal range also. Until recently it was just my left big toe, but a few weeks ago I got it in my right big toe. And then both toes at the same time. Coincidence or causation, I am cycled off cartalax and ara.
