@Neil-McCauley by the chain I mean they have to use for lack of a better term pieces, smaller fragments of the chain to bind them and keep them from breaking apart. Reta has a more let’s say flimsy chain but these factories have it down and have developed an easily duplicated process. There isn’t anything special is the point with the right equipment and chemical engineering it’s a super easy process. The purity can break down far easier than other peptides this is true but it’s really not that complicated no matter what AI finds on the internet.

@ResearchCat Exactly. Take it orally if you care the most about the benefits for your gut and stomach. Some non-zero amount of smaller peptides is absorbed though LAT & PEPT1 transporters, especially on an empty stomach. Sublingual absorption is a lot different though, there are difficulties there too (acetylated & amidated versions work better) but there may be a better systemic absorption this way.

I am going into look up a natural GLP-1 and the gila monster/exendin-4 /GLP-1 side by side. They say the moded gila blocks dpp-4 and last longer in the system. What is in the chain or not that allows it to work/express the way it does in reta?

I just had a clear bottle and looked on the site to see it was a fresh batch after the vedor was sold out for a couple of weeks. I also decided to dilute a little more than I usually do (6ml for a 1000mg vial.) If I had never seen this post I would have assumed it had no NAD+ becasue it wasn't piss pale yellow. So you can teach and old dog new tricks.
