As we see more and more blind test of not only the peptide distributors but now on the labs themselves there are fewer vendors I will buy from based on which lab they use. 7x testing is less important to me than a quality labs and endotoxin screening.

In the Phase Ia single-dose trial in healthy subjects, across the 1.0–4.5 mg dose range the mean half-life for each dose arm was 137–170 hours, which supported once-weekly dosing. That's roughly 5.7–7 days, consistent with once-weekly subcutaneous injection. Hard to beat the Elora-Tirz stack.

@Shaqdiesel it’s actually worse on the legit retail side. People take their doc’s word ((or lack thereof)) as Bible sent. Doctors don’t know any more than you or I about this stuff, actually less. People don’t research anything there either. They don’t know crap about diet, macros, dosages, protein, nothin’z. Then they’re butthurt when they pukin and shittin with burps and reflux. Then they’re butthurt and sue the manufacturer.

Similar...I've been on Reta since late Feb, and finally hit my goal weight 3 weeks ago (165 down from 217). I only maxed out at 4mg/week and lowered my dose to 3.5mg last week and this week. Will plan to continue reducing by .5mg every couple of weeks.

The only things I do room temp is peps that are known for gelling like ARA. 90% of the time I recon chilled pep and chilled bac, and do so without issue.

Before peptides this is how hard-core fatloss was done. Great book, lots of information on fat loss and body composition. This is how research was done. Personally one of the best books I read. Man, I was wondering on 5amino I originally found the high dose protocols and was like no way im doing that thank you for confirming that my 1mg-2.5mg is in a nice ballpark. Would have hated to go super high for no real reason. Idk I live by the less is more method. On most of these products. Especially since majority dont have listed protocols outside our community. I do love when digging in on one and coming across phase trial information. There is a study in phase2 regarding motsc and diabetes as it helps your muscles eat up the glucose. Since ive been walking that fine line of prediabetic I definitely am interested in it. Btw Thanks OP for getting the convo going on 5amino was shooting in the dark!
