@bretfels There are sure a lot of peaks in that COA. It calls out methylsulfonylmethane and glucosamine but not chondroitin. No idea how much to take. All three of these are available orally over the counter for osteoarthritis. Curious to know if it will work SQ.

@NobleONe The sprays arent that accurate so ruffly around 250mcgs per dose and who knows how much was absorbs by the nasal membrane. Bioabilibility seems better than subq and you get more dosages cosidering it is around 250mcgs.I prime by clearing out the nose and making sure my sprayer creates a nice mist. No, the spray are reusable. I do my best to clean them with a final flush of saline.
