Depending on your particular research and subject conditions being addressed, you may want to look into dosing SS-31 separately BEFORE adding Mots-C. The reasoning behind this is that SS-31 addresses the structural aspect by repairing & protecting the integrity of the mitochondrial membranes and Mots-C addresses the aspects of optimal functioning. Running SS-31 first ensures that the mitochondria are in the best structural shape before Mots-c attempts to ramp up metabolic functioning. In many cases, running them at the same time when mitochondria is not structurally sound may be a waste of MOTS-C.

I tried the oral combo pill of bpc/kpv for 2 months for my gastritits. Although others have said it helped them it didn't work for me. I moved on to pinning each and felt better after 2 weeks.

I'm by no means comparing our situation to yours, just giving you information on what I and my wife have experienced. We both started glp's this year, her Reta, myself Tirz and also stack low dose reta for the liver. One thing that influences autoimmune response is chronic inflammation, which the drugs will reduce dramatically. I've always had psoriasis, mainly affecting my scalp, and gotten worse as I aged, mainly do to poor eating and shitty life choices . But since going on these and focusing on a clean anti inflammatory diet, shits gone. Maybe not gone, but haven't had as single flareup in 6 months and before that I lived by topical steroids. Took them everywhere with me. Not anymore. The wife has been dealing with osteoarthritis in her back and used prescription NSAIDs and radio frequency ablation for pain control. Today she needs none of it. Reta erased all the pain and inflammation. Both of these compounds are well known for there anti inflammatory effects, and Eli either is or has started a study on this specific outcome.

Some work well together, most hit different receptors differently. A lot of the independent research we do is figuring out which ones are compatible.

@Stan-Douglas I understand now :). I guess the most concentrated my solution ever gets is 2 ml BAC to 8ml NS. Thank you for taking the time to explain. You could also recon with distilled water or even the nasal spray. I just do bac out of habit.

@Stevepep I know Kovera ordered more equipment and it setting it up. It looks like Kovera is a case of starting small and trying to expand. I know expanding is hard, a lot of work. I think they may come out a leader in the US lab market in the future. I think the same with AFi. Those two may be the leaders in the near future. As long as they both stay true to their roots..

Are you combining the peptides into one injection? That’s asking for pip if so. MIT.

I would love to know everyone's experiences with GHK-CU, AHK-CU, SNAP-8 and any others I haven't heard of yet. Injecting vs topical - what are your experiences and outcomes. I am considering making my husband a topical serum because he's very sad about his rat losing his hair. I know miracles are unlikely but I want to help him if I can. Give me your suggestions.

@vpeptides I know the dreams are from Pinealon. I didn't expect any noticeable effects, as I stopped taking it. I'm up at 4 in the morning and don't get home until 6:30 at night and I didn't have any sleep problems and don't need the sleep cycle interruption. And I haven't found any real satisfactory evidence re: telomeres; it's not worth the hassle to me. If you've found otherwise, hey, that's great. I think everyone should go for what they want. I'm concentrating on thymus, mitos and metabolism.

@ResearchCat LLM tools as well as people on other pep forums (not compounded tirz Subrs) said there's definite molecule fracture that will cause loss of efficacy with freezing and thawing due to the way water behaves. Lyophilization isn't comparable. Worthwhile to run an experiment. Compounded T Redditters claim to do it, but all claims are anecdotal like 'they FELT the same ', no one has a proof with a COA.

@atlas01 said: Just wanted to put this out there: If you like a channel and are reasonably tech savvy, yt-dlp is an easy command line program to download YouTube videos. Given how YT is becoming more censorship-happy by the day, I think archiving is more important than ever. I’m a Sysadmin by trade, and I have a home server that also functions as a backup of all my favorite YT channels. Maybe I’ll write up a guide if anyone is interested. You don’t need a fancy server to do this either. If you have a home NAS, most host docker. Look for metube and you can "subscribe" to channels for auto downloading them.

@WisGal64 said: @boxerlover this time around, I noticed that there wasn't near the TG chatter about this drop as there were in the previous. In addition, there are several GBs going on with other Vendors with some eye popping prices imo. I'm assuming that may have something to do with it. A good example, there is a GB for Tirz and Reta, the same/similar MGs as Avnt, BUT kit prices are $100 less than Avnt and they will have the full spectrum of testing included in the price. Same for Reta. This is exactly why I mentioned the pricing above. Just looking at a few other places and you'll see R30 for the same price as the R12 on Aavant and like you also mentioned, comes with full spectrum testing.

Hey folks - I've been asked about peptides for Crohns. Can someone testify to what works and what doesn't from personal or family experience.

Peptide Crafters carries Thymagen (sold out) and Thymalin. I don't truly know the difference; this is just for FYI.

@abemedina after trying a few vendors over the last year. Ive settled on 2, nexaph and crush. Both offer great pricing/testing and offer kits. Communication and transparency in my experience have been great with both companies. As some have mentioned EZ is good for single vials as you're testing things out. Id say look at crush for single vials as well since you can build 3 or 5 vial kits with a discount added.

Hi all, I have been thinking about buying peptide kits for research purposes from providers who only do in-house testing, therefore "self"-testing is encouraged. From my understanding: Relevant labs (in Europe): Janoshik; are there any other trustworthy labs? I've also found Liquilabs s.r.o. Czech, but haven't heard from them before and dont know their pricing (would probably need to ask by email) Relevant tests (from the Janoshik website) ID, amount and purity analysis Endotoxin Analysis Sterility -> is that even needed if following @randy's advice and using a filter? Heavy Metals -> seems overkill (unless possibly relevant if one would work with GHK-Cu)? TFA Analysis -> never seen before LCMS Screening for Peptide Contamination -> would identity and purity be sufficient? theoretically there could some other peptides in the vial which can lead to degradation? CHNS Mass Report -> never seen before Testing seems expensive, and therefore my preference would be to find a balance where I can restrict testing to the most critical ones without compromising the safety of my lab rat (unfortunately, none of the peptides qualify for the Finnrick's free testing list). It seems fairly difficult to find providers in Europe who have a wide range of peptides in their offering with the respective tests in place (compared to the US) - if you know one and think that's more efficient than self-testing, please let me know. Thank you in advance for your advice and don't hesitate if you need more information.
