Yes—if it is Hospira Bacteriostatic 0.9% Sodium Chloride, you can use it to reconstitute unbuffered NAD+. That is the preferred diluent class for NAD+ when a buffered product is not available.

It may reduce the osmotic/local-welt component of the reaction, but it will not neutralize the NAD+ solution’s acidity, which is usually the main reason unbuffered NAD+ burns or stings. A pre-buffered NAD+ product is the better fix for that; otherwise, slower administration, more dilution within the vial’s capacity, and site rotation are the practical levers.

A little less. Not sure it was worth getting the BAC SC. So far no good for Tesa/IPA amd unbuffered NAD. Seems ok for MOTS-C amd SS-31.
I almost want to do two pens, one with regular and one with BAC SC and do two shots of the same amount in opposite side of the body, like left quad and right quad. I think that is the only way I would know for sure…

@commander I had accidentally reconned 2 ss-31 vials with regular bac before I realized my mistake. For me, it was only slightly worse than the sodium chloride.

@Nuncles - yep. 5:1 ratio GHK-Cu to KPV which works great for me. Some folks go 5:2. Here is a good video on how to blend them into a single vial/cart.

Thanks. That's the exact video I used. Just had a discussion on their TG that this ratio is just as painful to me as the watered down GHK-CU. I will try upping the KPV in the ratio.

It works on SS31, MOTS and on NAD+ buffered; I don't know about NAD unbuffed. reconned them all & works well.
