@iMemphis18 I've purchased GLPs from them but not HGH. For HGH it's been QSC for me, they seem to have opened the floodgates and have a LOT of stock, all US warehouse, ships from LA. There are several group buys happening as well, here's one that closes very soon. I wouldn't pay more than 55 cents per IU right now, in spite of the so-called shortage.

Tesfofensine is interesting. I recommend starting at 500mcg and watch for insomnia! The first time I tried it, the insomnia hit pretty hard which is annoying. Appetite suppression is definitely strong. I find taking 500mcg every other day is pretty good, and the insomnia does go away after a couple of weeks. The other interesting side effect is positive mood and overall sense of well being. It's definitely not your typical gut-only medication.

If you're new to TRT you might want to consider telehealth at least until you're sure how the TRT is impacting your body. I used matrix reformed. Of course UGL will always be cheaper but you need to know what you're doing with UGL with respect to dosing and bloodwork.

I pre-fill syringes after I recon. So for a 5mg vial, I have 5 syringes that I store in the fridge and then pull out each morning. Otherwise drawing out of the vial can take a long time as it's a "thicker" liquid and needs to warm up etc.

29G 1/2" for me as well, in a pen. I premix my cartridges (all MCT) with test and whatever extras I'm running at that time, so it's a standard dose every time I pin (currently pinning every day for current protocol).

Interesting that nexaph now sells the Deadpool blend, combining all 3 in 10mg each.

On week 3 of Elora at 2.5mg, I just figured take a 10mg vial and divide by 4 to make it last a month. It's definitely a slow burn, week 1 didn't feel much, but by week 3 its noticeable and it's nice and smooth and strong, works great alongside reta. The reta food noise is virtually gone. I hope it's lasting at this dose, in trials they went up to some crazy high doses and that seems like a recipe for fatigue and nausea.

29G 1/2" VG. My exact protocol for test-c in mct. Super easy, virtually painless. I do use a manual pen though, i find being able to go slow, pause in the middle, reduces any bumps or PIP. Especially if the test is mixed in with a little something extra sometimes, also in MCT.

@Commander Be very careful on Telegram and Discord. Many scammers who pose to be "like" the real seller, send them crypto and they're gone. Whenever I order grey I double and triple check the person I'm communicating with (they have to be a well-known sponsor on one of the forums) to make sure I have the right phone number or username. Do you mean injecting a peptide into a LL barrel? If so, I find I have to pull down slowly on the LL barrel plunger while I'm slowly pushing the plunger on the syringe. The pulling creates enough suction to pull the peptide into the barrel.

very established grey and possibly mfr as well. US warehouse is limited (utherpep.com), and CN orders used to require $800 min order but I think that's changed now. Discussed here in greys section. Anyway they're the ones that announced they will sell eloralintide soon, although there is a very fascinating discussion on peppys about how hard it is to mfr this, and how hard it will be to test as well. Not like anything that's come before.

really good explanation. Someone asked me last week if obesity would one day be obsolete and I wasn't ready to say yes yet, but it sure seems the tools are headed in that direction with medication.
