I had dysesthesia from Reta at 1.5 mg and it went away eventually after two months as I was titrating up. Mine was on my fore and under arms side ribs but mostly forearms though and not on my legs. It wasn't painful either just ticklish tingly, more sensitive hard to desribe but noticeble.

Everybody's Rat is different but I find MOTS-C, NAD or GHK his legs are leaner and the mast cell histamine reaction is more pronounced..., but the more lipid rich sections like love handle, glute the reactions if any are milder, I find the abdomen for the most part ok unless it is lower abdomen where once again is leaner will sometimes have a stronger reaction like the legs. Hips, Gluts and love handles are pretty forgiving.

Sounds like you're doing everything right, you may be a super responder to Reta like I was. I had dysesthesia at 1.5 - 3.5 mg that faded over time, it is reported most get this at 8-12 mg. It wasn't painful like some people explain it was just super sensitive skin like tickilish tingly on my forarms and sides of my body when my shirt brushed agains my skin. My heart rate increased with increased tirtration seeminly more than others experienced on lower doses too. But I was always withing a normal range becasue my basline was 46-48bpm without Reta. But I noticed as I got over 58 BPM sleep and recovery was not as good.

It sounds like with all those steps the legs on the wall yoga pose would probably be a benifit ftoyou. Try that with the 4-7-8 breathing method its a well studied breathwork technique, link below.

Effects of sleep deprivation and 4‐7‐8 breathing control on heart rate variability, blood pressure, blood glucose, and endothelial function in healthy young adults

I did the pulsetto every day 2 sessions and from week 5-8 is where I finally started to see the results and now I'm usually asleep before my session ends. The 40 Hz stuff is pretty cool too. I listen to tibeten singing bowl recordings while i'm doing my vegus nerve session witch is a similar in theory with a bandwidth of different frequencies (Hz.) Apaarently doing breathwork and humming on the exhale has a similar effect on the vegus nerve, it likes the good vibrations. It all sounds woo woo but it is effective if you make it part of your night routine.

@diegoc Chris Duffin calls Reta the Ferrari that can be too much for a sub section of the population, he converts them to Tirz/MOTS-C/SS-31 and calls it the Rolls Royce Stack. I am going to give it a shot one day....pun inteded. 😀

@JtCjEfF What is your reta dose? the increase in HR is normal with Reta but depending on your dose and how fast you titrated up it can leave you in a constant sympithetic state. I went through this with Reta. If your resting heart rate is too high it will affect your sleep and recovery and you will end up feeling wired but tired (thank the glucagon and your compounding caloric deficit)

What you can do is titrate down so that your RHR is not more 6-8 bpm above your basline on average, but lower is better. Find your sweet spot- Then focus on your corisol cycle and your parasympethetic nervous system. ie) get hydrated and sunlight first thing(slow walk outside) in the morning, then protien, then coffee and carry on the rest of your day, the set up is just as important as the wind down. It is really easy on reta to get up slam a coffee, skip breakfast get to work and call it intermittent fasting, you watch the scale drop but that cycle can set you up for Sympathetic overdrive eventually.

Do some breathwork, legs on the wall yoga pose, warm shower ending with cold water on the face for 30-45 seconds and sleep hygene - remove the junk light 30-45 minutes before bed screens and phones. All things that will drop cortisol and stimulate the parasympathetic system. I inject my peps and thow on the Pulsetto Vegal nerve stimulator for 20 mins and then its lights out.

Jsut adding the GH peps will give you a slight bump in cortisol and you might find it adding to the already disturbed sleep from Reta if you don't get everything else lined up especially if your RHR is 8-15 bpm above basline and your dose if 4mg or more a week.

The good news is the new idle of your bodies RHR does slowdown after approximately 26 weeks as your body calibrates to the Reta, but titrating your dose down to a sweet spot is better than riding it out like the human trials did IMO becasue you have that option.

I had a brown outcome once upon a reconstitution of a vial and thats when I learned about the discoleration and degredation, I have never seen a clear NAD+ but slightly dehydrated urine yellow has been common for me. I have ph strips though, now I know I can test my NAD+ in the future if it looks too dark. Thanks!

    B bfuller

You may know this already but its well documented in studies that BPC-157 increases the expression of growth hormone receptors, its a nice addition. I'm about to take a 30 day break, I'm going to miss those deep sleeps but look forward to the fresh receptors.

I first had issues sleeping with night time dosing until I built a nightime regime that included sleep hygene and focus on lowering cortisol. Now its no problem and helps with my sleep. Takes me forever to actually get into to bed though, like an hour+ wind down routine, no screens or junk light, the room is red light only, warm shower, cold water on the face for 45 seconds, stretch 15 minutes then legs on the wall yoga pose with 4-7-8 breathwork for 20 sets followed up with my dose of GH peptides hitting the bed with a 24 minute pulsetto vegal nerve stimulator sleep session while I listen to a tibetan singing bowl recordings, ear plugs in and eye covers on, lights out. Becasue the GH peptides will temporarily increase cortisol if your levels are already high from something like a rigurous exercise routine, artificial light, screens, stressfull work day etc. the GH peptides can be the cherry on top or straw that breaks the camels back when it comes to sleep disturbances.

I just looked at the website - Prices are slightly higher that other Canadian labs for the same products but in a similar range for some and just a little higher on others. The only thing is I can't find any COA's for their products. They claim Janoshik testing on every product and they state it on the product page "Jano greater than or = to 99% " with a link to the general Jano website but no COA's . Unless I'm missing something? The FAQ's says COA's are on each product page but I can't find them. Also they claim the peptides are all made in Canada, the chances of this are not zero but thay also are not favorable that they actually are..... but still possible.

@vpeptides, I read a mouse study where acute doses were given for 21 days and no measurable receptor desensitization was measured like was recorded with different analogs acutely dosed over the same time frame. But then again mice and short timeline but even so these were acute doses so you would imagine if there was something there it would be measurable. Oh well over the last 10 years I thought all GHRP's caused receptor desensitization, but now I'm learning maybe not?
