To couch things in forum terms I'll discuss my rat's recent experience.
It has really bad luck with hamstring pulls and slight tears. Typically it happens 1 or 2 times a year while playing soccer with younger rats and it forgets it isn't a young rat anymore. 3 weeks ago our little friend had the worst hamstring pain in years at the end of a game (probably dehydrated and trying too hard). Typically a bad hamstring strain will leave our rat limping for a few weeks and unable to run for 3-4 weeks with less ones hindering the rat for 1 week.
This time the lil fella started KLOW (bpc/tb4/ghk-cu/kpv) 2 x day doing 250mcg/250mcg/mcg/1.25mg/250mcg respectively. Dosing was split in the am/pm around breakfast and dinner. Not sure it matters but the theory is having it available while food and energy was available was best for letting it do its work. I went with the KLOW mix to pick up the collagen boost from copper and inflammation help from the KPV. Checking around the vendor price list found KLOW for not much more than some sites plain wolverine blend.
He is also doing 200mcg/200mcg cjc/ipa fasted in the evening and 100mcg/100mcg in the am 1 hour before breakfast.
Its subjective but after what had been the most painful hamstring injury of the rats soccer life within 1.5 weeks he was back to light jogging and was running 2 miles at a moderate to quick pace by 20 days from the injury.
