Found his lab tours interesting. He did a much longer tour and Q&A with Peter Magic (Janoshik), if you haven't seen it's worth a watch as well.

Hi guys. I would really appreciate some guidance. So, I’ve taken the plunge and bought Ruby, my Research Rat, her first peptide AOD 9604, a 5mg vial. I have never reconstituted before, complete beginner.
I then saw Geoff and Randy’s video on how best to reconstitute AOD 9604 and that 2mg is more stable.
It’s too late now I have the 5mg, damn it!Can anyone advise on how much BAC water I should use to get the best outcome to minimise gelling up?
I was going to use 2ml but after seeing the video, I’m reconsidering. Ruby is expecting good things!

Thank you

I ordered ARA290 and I reconstituted it and it was cloudy had particles that just sat in the vial! They would not replace it or give me a refund! Not a good way to run a business. Super disappointed and will never order from them again! Took not responsibility for bad peptide!

Help, please. I’m having a brain fart. I have made s a few vials of Wolverine for my hubby’s rat. They were 10mg BPC and 10mg TB-4. I had reconstituted with 2ML BAC water
I bought a kit on sale from Nexaph that has 5mg each in the vial. I want to use 2 vials in my pen. Would using 1ML BAC in each vial come out the same for dosage? I know it adds up the same, but will there be a difference?
I seem to overthink and triple check everything for my husband’s rat (more so than for myself)
It is entirely a matter of preference, but if I am reconning multiple vials, I will recon the first, then extract that and recon the next vial with the stuff from the first, etc. I think Jeff made a video on this a month or two ago. The main reason I prefer it this way is that one time I was reconning 10 vials into one cart and only using .3 ml per vial was not going to dissolve them and the loss would be excessive. Things can go wrong either way, but I prefer this method. -
I finally decided to try some Glutathione that was not prescribed. I've been using compounded Glutathione for the past couple of months and once I was getting close to empty I got me a few vials of the Korean Gluta. I had also picked up 4 vials of GTB because I've heard that without that added taurine, the Glutathione is extra spicy. So with this 1200mg vial, I ended up using 9mL's of the GTB to reconstitute. Next time I might use less but since this was my first time researching these two items, thought I'd be a little generous with my mix. So it comes out to be 133.33mg/mL (9mL), and for a 200mg dose, it's right at 150cc's.

On Friday, evening, I should have the epithalon reconned and ready. Have Pinealon ready now, but waiting until I'm off work on Friday to get kitty started. Appreciate comments on the schedule I've created:
Thurs AM - Survo & NAD+
Thursday - Cartalax & Epithalon
Friday AM - Pinealon, NAD+, Tirz
Friday PM - Cartalax, Epithalon
Sat AM - Pinealon, NAD+
Sat PM - Cartalax, Epithalon
Sunday AM & PM same as Saturday. Here's a bigger question: If I get the SS31 in time tomorrow, should I go that round first, then, once done, start the Pinealon & Epithalon? I will NOT try to do all of them in the same timeline; not gonna happen.
What I have a question about is Friday AM and the order in which kitty is getting researched. I thought with Pinealon first on Fri. AM, I could observe any adverse reactions but don't really know how long that might take. Hope she doesn't want to go to sleep right away.
Thoughts?
(TTY in the morning. 4:30 comes early enough.)
Thanks very much!
@Eleanor I don't know exactly, but I'm sure its consistent with the majority of peptides. MOTS-c, Tesa, and unbuffered NAD are the 3 that I'm aware of that degrade faster than the others. You shouldn't be using Pinealon longer than 30 days anyway. All the Khavinson stuff is intended for short cycles. Pinealon is typically run in short cycles of 10 to 20 days, followed by 2 to 3 months off. Again, pin it in the morning upon waking up and go outside to get some sun. There is some synergy there that I can't quite explain. I personally like and advise doing Epitalon first as a repair, then starting SS-31 once the Epi is finished. Run 2 weeks of SS-31 and continue it for that 8 or 12 weeks that you want, but get MOTS-c in there around your week 2 or 3. -
I jumped onto the peptide bandwagon about 6mo ago and it’s been TREMENDOUSLY helpful so far. I found a vendor on here that actually ships from inside my state (KS). Recently I switched up vendors to try to diversify a bit. I thought Mile-High-Compounds was from CO, but the tracking info says that it shipped from Tempe, AZ… which has a high of 105°F today. I work at a shipping/delivery company and I know trucks become ovens. TLDR- how torched and worthless are peptide vials sent in this heat? I lucked out getting into peps during winter, so should I just wait til cooler temps again? I was actually trying to plan the order around a cooler-temp window between CO & KS… hopefully they still turn out ok. I’ll probably just stick with that first company I lucked out with in my state. Anyone else have a take on peptide degradation in the summer heat during shipping?

Loving the results of our research, but what stands out the most to me is how great their customer service is. They respond quickly to my order status question and even helped me get discounts on their Father's Day Sale. Few companies nowadays have decent customer service, and they're absolutely one of the best! Looking forward to buying more from them.

Been sitting on new peps for about a month cause reconstituting and filling syringes each day are tedious. Glad I stumbled across Randy on YT.
Getting a V4 pen…watched a Randy video about not pushing the air out before hand, so then how to we fill the cartridge? I want the least amount of compromising as possible. Also, do I need the Novo fine needle or the Luer lock, or neither? (Basing these q’s on suggested items from the site but I’m open to other options and links.)
Another question I have is, what’s this thing I’m reading about having two different syringes when filling or reconstituting?? I’m confused. I know I can’t use the same one to pen, which is why I’m going for the v4 pen.
Is anyone using the hydrophilic PES syringe filters? I read what they’re for and it would have been great to have for my AOD but I’m not sure how to use it if I purchased.
Any comments and assistance are welcome.

Like a lot of people here, I place a lot of faith in this site to recommend and vet out the Wild Wild West, aka the Peptide Vendors
After placing my order and pressing the go button, I was taken to some weird 3rd party payment processing system, which is not unusual for small companies but I was very surprised that the payment didn't go through 4 times two different credit cards. This company appears to be located in Las Vegas and I am in Seattle so there should be no problems. Finally one of my credit cards send me text message that they detected fraud. I replied yes Meaning it was not fraud and to process the payment. That finally went through. The name that came through on the credit card charge is Wert*ByteNFT. Which is very weird. But I think I am bothered more by the fact that they added an $8.42 "Route Shipping Protection" without the ability to remove this, which I definitely would have done. That alone, in my book, would turn them from 5-
to 4-

For research use only. Not medical advice.
Overview
Tesamorelin is a synthetic 44–amino acid GHRH analog that stimulates endogenous GH release and raises IGF-1 levels.
It is FDA-approved for reducing visceral fat and is widely researched for body composition, metabolic enhancement, and aging-related applications.
Most research follows the standard 2 mg once-daily subcutaneous protocol.Daily Dosing Protocol (Subcutaneous)
Standard Daily Dose
2 mg once daily
Administered consistently at the same time each day (often in the evening to align with nocturnal GH rhythms).
Optional Titration Schedule
Some researchers prefer to begin with a short ramp to improve tolerability.
Week 1
1 mg daily
Weeks 2–12+
2 mg daily
This is the typical working and maintenance dose used in clinical and research settings.
Cycle Length
While Tesamorelin can be used continuously, the most common research patterns are:
8–12 weeks on protocol, followed by
2–4 weeks off, then repeat as needed.
Longer continuous use (12–24+ weeks) is also documented in research settings.
Alternate Timing Strategies
Although daily evening administration is the classic model, researchers may use morning Dosing
Chosen when subjects report improved energy or reduced nighttime hunger signals.
Split Dosing
1 mg twice daily
Used occasionally to blunt injection-site reactions or flatten GH spikes.
