But, again vendors COAs don’t really mean anything. Third party tests are better. Testing yourself is the best...

Question regarding reconstituting this one. I hear AA is needed to keep the pH low due to potentially getting amyloid fibrils. What is the proper way? I have never used anything but Hospira BAC water. I will not be researching this but the wife wants to so I am trying to set her up with it. Can anyone give me some help on this?

@matthewwalsh And don't get me started on the whole Nexaph thing because I did a deep dive on variance in fill levels within a batch that Jeff was addressing... he wouldn't have liked the response so I stayed silent and let it alone. Trust Point is supposed to be one of the more highly regarded test labs in the USA. Here is a screenshot of what they told me when I asked about fill levels. This was before Jeff’s (Randy’s) test experiment. So again, completely different information from different places… and I am sure jano will say something different. But there is no possible way an empty vial has the same usable peptide in it as one with product in it. My main vendor offered me a $48 (1/3 the price of the kit) refund for an order that I received with 3 smaller pucks. They were about half the size of rest of the vials. 3 vials out of 100 was not bad, I didn’t even bother with the refund because the vendor has been good to me… [image: 1781004397915-img_2142.jpeg]

My cat is much happier pinning fasted in the AM and not eating for 2 hours - which requires no additional effort - than trying to fast for 4 hours at night. No way I hit my macros if I don’t eat after 6 pm. Currently researching tesa, but switching back to CJC/Ipa once that is done. I expect excellent results based on the last cycle of that. IMO, of sermorelin, Tesa, and CJC/Ipa, CJC/Ipa has the most noticeable results fastest. Which is probably why it is so popular relative to the other GHRH secretagogues.

A GHRH will help; also, creatine and hit 1g/lb protein/target body weight. And do lift.

@jamiegallien Definitely agree that the natural occurrence is not a guaranty of safety, that was just an argument, not a proof. But the safety studies have been done, at least in animal models, showing no toxicity in large doses, an inhibition of spontaneous tumor growth, and immune support. But I see your point and it's a valid aspect to consider.

My rule of thumb for this is as follows: Use as little BAC water to recon(or none), the rest should be your water of choice in the sprayer. Saline, Sterile water, or De-Ionized water. Which suits the peptide best. I have heard that Saline can affect some peptide chains, but while plausible, I found no real direction on the subject.

@Randy Was gonna say that actually. But I figured if OP struggled with the Zelle setup, Crypto might be a long shot.

Has anyone tried AHK-Cu lyophilized for subq research? What's different from GHK-Cu? NOT AHK-Cu raw. FYI this rat is a complete newb to GHK-Cu or AHK-Cu research in any form — topical or subq. Rat is focused on hair but won't mind skin benefits due to rat's growing age.

@brithus said: What kind of filter did you use? A 0.22-micron sterile syringe filter made of Polyethersulfone (aka PES) or PVDF which feature low protein binding is recommended. You should avoid cellulose filters because they tend to bind to and absorb the peptide. Yes what brithus said. Also, if I'm doing more than one cart (>3ml) I pick a 25mm diameter. ALSO- ensure your filter spec is hydrophilic NOT hydrophobic if the choice is offered! The correct choices have your filtering occurring with a few seconds push. PS- I know you weren't dumb enough to not be using a breather needle... PSS- Voice of experience, I always filter my NAD+

Fluffy rat Rebekah had 0.9 mg survo last night and is a wee bit nauseated today. She is sticking to protein drinks today Probably should have kept her at 0.6 mg for another week or 2. Glad I didn't give her 1.2 mg.

@TrueNorth that's why you should always filter peps. how do you know if the problem is with the MOTS-c or the BAC water? use Hospira BAC and if it's still cloudy it's the MOTS-c. if it's clear then the problem was with your China sourced BAC water.
