Dr. Ashley Froese just put out a video on this, about two hours ago, on her YT channel.

Got in my order from Westend Medical Supplies and all look good. Ordered last Thursday. Expiration date is 02/29.

@researchcat I know got that and still do because I refused to get the shot. I was going to retire, fortunately I could have, before I got that shot. I don't like or trust any politicians on either side. I never have and never will. I've never thought they ever had anyone's best interest in mind but their own. I don't care who was in office at the time, I would have refused. I also don't care what people call me so the name calling never works on me.

My mother-in-law got covid in October of 2020. She died two weeks later. Was it actually from covid? I don't know. She did have other health issues but when someone died who had covid then, they just said it was because of covid. My wife and everyone and I mean everyone on her side of that family got the shot. I was the only one who didn't and I know that didn't sit well with many of them. Her cousin had a family Christmas party in 2021 and was talking about making everyone get tested before they could come over. Told the wife I just won't go.

Last thing on this. Has there every been anyone who was forced to take a peptide? IDK but that alone makes it a horrible comparison to me. That shot was never what they claimed it to be. Not getting it was one of the best decisions I think I have ever made. Now I think peptides have helped me especially at my age. Anyway...

Sorry if this is a repetitive post on pens. Just wanted to say I got mine in today and I really like the pen. Tested it with water and had no issue in dosages dispensed. Thanks

Seems to be misleading IMHO.

What I find amusing is that guy is trying to sell peptides for that site, yet he attacks someone who has used a peptide to improve their life. I mean tirzepatide is listed on the site. Why would anyone buy from them after those comments?

Since starting with Reta two and a half months ago I've lost, according to my Hume body pod, four pounds of lean muscle mass. I've lost seven pounds of body fat mass. I have also been on CJC 1295/Ipam during that time. I work out five days a week. Three lift days with to cardio/functional fitness. What I have experienced is that I am stronger now as I have been over the past 30 years. I'll soon be 63 and I'm 5'8" 158 lbs. Last week I deadlifted 320lb, back squat 200 and benched 210. Goals are 350, 225, 225 the latter two being as much as I have ever done with those. I never worked on DL's.

Now I have not been as good with my protein intake as I should be doing. Hoping to get that straight. Not sure what all of these might mean but I feel like Reta has not really been the drawback as I first thought it might be when it comes to losing any muscle and it hurting my strength. I know, two different things though. Not sure how long I'll stay on Reta and might stop after my current supply and try to bulk back up to see how that goes.

Anyway, just wanted to share my experience.

Agree and I need to also. I've been a "prepper" over the past 15 years or so and I have that "if I have one, I have none" type of mentality. I've also given my son half of my stash but this order should have me good for a while.

So I wasn't sure if I should ever discuss the researching that I have been doing to anyone but I have found this site to be so helpful that I'm going to. Just didn't want to come off as some kind of donkey with what I'm doing. Anyway...

MOTS C 2.5mg twice a week a.m.
CJC-1295 no dac + Ipamorelin 2x a day M-F 200mcg
KLOW M-F 4mg

I also added Reta five weeks ago. Wanted to see if I could lean out a little. 2mg for four weeks and 3mg this past week. I know starting that high might not be considered the right thing to do but I might stop after this week. Or should I just scale back again? I ask that based on the results that I have gotten at this point. Results are based off the Hume Body Pod. I know that's not the all to be all but I like using it as a refence.

Dropped 13lbs. Body fat 1% Body fat mass down 3.5lb Lean mass down 3lb. Subcutaneous fat mass down 3lb. Visceral fat mass from 6 to 5.

Just want to also add that I'm 62. 5'8" 164lb. Work out five days a week for at least an hour. I am close to hitting personal max on back squat, deadlifts and bench press. Just shy of the 700lb club. I feel great and have also had great results on my bloodwork.

Any suggestions as to what I am doing right/wrong or anything else would be greatly appreciated. Just don't want to be wasting time or research. Thanks for your time.

Gluco-care 33g+ from Amazon, although these days I've gotten so used to needles that pm anything 30g+ seem to do the trick. Even the cheap aliexpress ones.
Depending on injection site, prefer 4mm if using a syringe and 4-6mm if using a pen.
Pens seem to leak more after removing from skin tho so sticking to syringes looks like the way to go
