Want to give a shoutout to Tesa from a 60-year-old male. I have been injecting 1mg Sun-Thurs for 12 weeks (among other things including Testosterone, Reta, GHK-Cu and Semax/Selank). Scan from yesterday showed a drop in visceral fat from 112 cm² to 70.3 cm² (37% reduction). Obviously, the Testosterone and Reta played a part, but I can definitively say it helped me. I'm a big fan. I'm taking a 2-week break and will start another cycle again. Can't say enough good things.

Tesamorelin Research Dosing Protocol -
Are We DumbAgreed, but I think there's a peptide for that.

First Nexaph OrderThey call Nexaph the Costco of Peptides for a reason... I started my pep journey at Atomik Labz, but read good things about Nexaph on this site and decided to give them a try. I haven't looked back. They are my number one choice and Atomik is a solid second (when they run specials).

Preloading daily Doses of KLOW in syringesWhen we first started researching peps, I would “shot prep” on Sundays similar to meal prepping. I would have a small glass where I would place a sticky and the prepared syringes so I could keep track. It got to the point where it became a chore and the used syringes stacked up in our sharps container seemed like a lot of waste.
Fast forward a month or so later and thanks to the community here, we seen the light with pens. Wow, what a difference! Saves a huge amount of time and waste. We now have 8 prefilled pens sitting in our fridge and I will be buying more. We only use syringes for edge cases for stuff we pen occasionally.
As a side note, we did have to go through different size needles to find the right length for our pens. My wife uses 5mm and I prefer the 8mm. Good luck!

Preloading daily Doses of KLOW in syringes@Paradox The smaller needles (4mm, 5mm) weren’t going in far enough for me. The peps left welts/bumps. That went away after trying the 6mm and 8mm. I settled on the 8mm. Guess it’s really just a matter of preference. I use 12mm/29 gauge for my testosterone. Again, just my preference. Seemed like they were all quality needles.
Guess the thick skin matches my hard head. At least that’s what my better half tells me.

Dosing Protocol Posts@FreddyWap Welcome! Agreed. I use PC as part of my research for dosing as well as this site as a cross reference: https://pep-pedia.org/browse
Good luck and happy pepping!

Internet Bloodwork (and/or doc) RecommendationsI used Marek and built my own for 60 yo male. It was based on recommendations combining several YT videos from people I "trust" (loosely). Hopefully the screenshot of the labs uploads correctly. I wanted a baseline across a lot of markers.
Marek sent the orders to Quest Diagnostics. Scheduled the appointment online. Was in and out of Quest in about 20 minutes. They drew 8 vials. Got the full results in less than 2 weeks although they partially came in as they were completed. The one drawback is that I didn't get the physician follow up consultation and probably should. I used AI to interpret the results which was very helpful but would have rather been able to talk to someone "knowledgeable" with peptides.

Can a Peptide Pen Handle Testosterone? I Tested It@Nuncles not me… I’m doing subQ in the stomach area.

PinealonWe followed Nick Trigili’s recommendations on the entire “Russian Stack”. We have just finished the Pinealon portion and will move into the Dihexa cycle (not Russian) next. Seems to be working for us.
For reference, here’s a link to the YT video: https://youtu.be/MyTP0qz8R4s?is=G0ySVCun3SFzBtxK

Can a Peptide Pen Handle Testosterone? I Tested ItI am doing the same thing by using a V4 pen with my TRT. I was tired of backfilling insulin syringes and making a mess. I’m using a 29g x 1/2” from TRUEplus (Amazon). I tested it similarly to what you described although you were much more thorough. I loaded a syringe a couple of times and it looked accurate enough for me. I’ve been doing it that way for about a month now.
I pen 17u every other day for an average of 120mg per week. Just had my labs done and everything looked good as far as my doctor was concerned. I haven’t noticed any changes in how I feel, gym performance or libido.
This is just my experience. I’m by no means an expert in any of this but wanted to let you know you’re not alone in this experiment. It works for me.

Tesa vs CJC?@vpeptides I sleep well when using Tesa or at least I don't really notice any disruption. I haven't tried CJC/Ipa (although it's on my radar) so I don't have a good comparison. My sleep has never been stellar due to job stress. Sorry I'm not much help other than to say Tesa hasn't affected it negatively as far as I can tell in my experience.

Reta doomsdayDon't forget about Bioglutide (NA-931), which is a next-generation. It's supposed to be available orally and is a quadruple receptor agonist. I'm sure there will be an injectable form as well.

Southern Aminos now testing for fentanylDo we really know if they’re actually testing for fentanyl or is it a marketing ploy? Media would have been all over that if something happened, don’t you think? Or am I just being a cynic?

DIY Longevity Stack vs Concierge Clinic PricingI was curious about what a premium longevity/wellness clinic would actually charge for a fairly advanced optimization protocol versus managing it yourself.
So I created a prompt and asked ChatGPT to estimate it based on my wife’s and my current stack and monitoring approach. Needless to say, it surprised me.
ChatGPT estimated that a comparable protocol through a premium longevity or concierge wellness clinic could realistically run anywhere from roughly $3,500–8,000/month combined depending on the clinic, markup structure, physician oversight, IV therapies, and concierge level.
The biggest cost drivers appeared to be:
GLP-1s / Retatrutide
Tesamorelin
SubQ NAD+
MOTS-c
concierge program feesI was honestly just curious what the equivalent clinic pricing would look like compared to self-managing.
If you’re curious too, here’s the prompt I used:
Based on what you know about our current peptide stack, help me estimate what a premium longevity / wellness clinic would charge monthly for a health optimization protocol if I were not self-managing it. Ask clarifying questions if you need to before you give estimate.
Estimate:
Monthly clinic pricing
Which compounds/services are typically marked up the most?
What is commonly included in concierge pricing?
The difference between DIY/self-managed costs versus clinic-managed costs.Factor in:
Injection frequency
Lab monitoring
Concierge physician oversight
Telehealth versus premium in-person clinicsPretty eye opening. Have fun!
