All - this was a great thread. The 3 that sting me the most are NAD, SS-31, MOTS. So I'm off to order from the link from @stevepep. Appreciate it y'all!

I agree with everyone - it took me a while to get over the GLPs are cheating and not-good-for-you-Parma mindset. Reta got me to NAD (for the absolute fatigue on day 2) and that led me to mitochondria research (which I was doing years ago with sunlight, fluoride free water, etc) and now I just want ALL the PEPTIDES in ALL the PENS. I'm happy to research at this age, but I would not really want all my kiddos doing this (while they are all having babies or going to soon). The long term & epigenetic consequences would scare me a bit until after all the children. I'll happily be the science project they can build on later.

@brandenscheidecker What frequency on your 5Amino and NAD? I've been doing NAD daily and am about to add in 5Amino this week. (I'm also running Reta, SS-31, MOTS-C).

@alleal Cartridges. They're pretty standard - 3ml, and they work with all the pens. They are here in the store, and feel a bit more trustworthy for sterility, but you can get them on Amazon or anywhere. Look under tutorials for how to filter directly into the cartridge once you've reconstituted.

Started reading about this one, new to me. Decided to try since NEXAPH had a great Labor Day Sale. Anyone here researched this at all? The mechanism seems interesting, and as a lifetime smoker I thought it was worth a little experiment. Almost zero info on dosing available.

Pens are sort of an addiction, it seems. All the colors correlating to my spreadsheet of compounds makes my brain very happy. Just bought red and gold V4's with the Jeffedup sale. I guess peptides are officially now my hobby.

@Stevepep I've been using Rythm also. The AI suggested I get some one-off tests that are not covered to fill in the gaps. Specifically Fasting Insulin, HbA1C, some others. I ordered these through Own Your Labs and went to the local Lab Corps for the draw. Super cheap, super fast and filled in some holes on my monthly Rythm results.

@hunt_ak Agree - I've seen 0.25mg to 50mg - that's quite a range! When there's such a disparity, I always sort of go with @randy info. I've got some coming, and thought I might start very low to gauge reactions and then get up to 25mg. Is that daily (I'm reading it that way) or intermittently and do y'all cycle this?

@MikeMiranda Yeah - not quick with the shipping. So I just plan in extra time.

@eurouser I logged in to check for you. The chatbot said they were not shipping internationally but that was expected June of 2026. So obviously their bot is a bit behind, but it doesn't look like they are yet.

@EXTROPIAN great thread - thanks all. I have some tesa coming to start tomorrow night, and I was thinking 500 mcg before bed, 5/2. I only bought enough for one month because I figure that'll give me time to decide if this is for me. And it gave me a reason to try the new pen

@StudzPeptides With all the chatter on here and your interactions with the community, I decided to dip a toe in yesterday with a single vial purchase to test a new pep. Very easy ordering, paying (even with BTC). Got a tracking number this morning. I'm impressed!
So then, of course, I HAD to buy the new V3 Ultra because - NEW PEN!

I inherited an Ender 3 Pro and hauled it down from my son's closet. I thought it might be fun to play with. It's been sitting on the dining room table while I've watched videos. Decided I don't want to do it enough to level it and learn everything. I'm happy to give this to someone. He warned me that the big spools of filament might be brittle after so many years. It's probably 5-7 years old. If it is of use to anyone, you can just pay for it to ship.

As the mom of many GenZ's they use SUS for suspect, sketchy. Being GenX I would use sussing meaning sussing out (discovering, figuring out the truth). They would only understand SUSSING from context, and would not use it themselves. Not that any of that matters a whit!
