@yogipepp Just ending my fifth injection as of last night, and yesterday was the first time that I had just some intense injection site pain. I've been letting it sit out to reach room temperature, but using an 8 mm pen needle in the upper abdomen triggered intense internal pain within minutes that radiated outward and lasted about 30 minutes, though there were no welts or skin reactions.

I have not noticed any visceral fat changes yet (Hume scale) since it takes a while to work. Sleep has been pretty good, with my watch showing an increase in REM sleep.

I am debating whether to continue, but if I do, I am switching back to my thighs and avoiding the abdomen entirely because that was the worst injection pain I have ever experienced.

@romethius -- Recently reconstituted a vial of KLOW and a vial of tesamorelin using the Genetek bacteriostatic water that comes in those small plastic ampules.

I was a bit skeptical at first, especially with the tesamorelin given how frequently people mention it gelling up during reconstitution. I was curious whether the specific formulation or container type of the Genetek water might react differently or cause issues, but it went smoothly. No gelling, no clumping, and full dissolution with zero effort. In practice, it has been completely indistinguishable from using standard Hospira water in the vial.

I've ordered from them multiple times now and the turnaround is consistently solid. Shipping is fast, packing is efficient, and everything arrives as expected every time.

I'm not great at 3D modeling (yet!) and was thinking one day what if I built my own vial roller (actually a spinner) using some hobby motors I have laying around...

Genuine curiosity question, no agenda, no accusation. I can't figure this out and I'd like to know what people here actually know.

Nearly every vendor sells bac water in 10 mL, some in 3 mL and 5 mL. But the Hospira product everyone references is a 30 mL multiple dose vial, and it's plastic, not glass. Most vendor photos show glass with a rubber stopper and a crimped seal. Not the same object.

So where does the 10 mL come from? Possibilities I can think of:

• Someone buying 30 mL vials and drawing them down into aliquots, which is a sterile compounding operation.
• A registered repackager. The FDA NDC directory lists several labelers for bacteriostatic water that are distributors and repackagers, not original fillers.
• A compounding pharmacy or outsourcing facility filling to order.
• The vendor mixing and filling it themselves. Empty sterile 10 mL vials are sold off the shelf.

What I'm wondering:

• Has anyone found a manufacturer name, NDC, or lot number on a 10 mL vial, or is it always just vendor branding?
• Has any vendor told you who fills it when you asked?

Not trying to start a vendor pile-on. "Sterile" and "0.9% benzyl alcohol" on a label says nothing about who made it or how. If you know because you work in this space, I'd like to hear it.

Be prepared to go through a lot of filiment

If you've been looking for Hydrapeak food jars lately, go check your local Sierra Trading Post. I hit mine today and found a bunch of them sitting in the closeout section for $12.99.

They had the 25oz size and the next size up. I snagged a solid gray one, mostly as a subtle nod to the nature of what we do here, along with a black digital camo. There were plenty of other options on the shelf, too. Given how hard these are to find online right now without paying ridiculous markups, finding them in person was a huge win. I also see them once in a while at Home Goods and TJ Maxx (All three have the same parent company) - Your store might be a gamble, but it's worth checking.

These are pretty much ideal once you drop a custom insert into them. I've been pulling designs off Printables and MakerWorld and printing my own inserts using standard PLA on my 3D printer. The PLA holds up great inside the stainless steel shell. They work nicely whether you need a quick-access layout for short-term rotation or a tighter setup for long-term storage.

If you need a solid storage option that holds temperature without breaking the bank, head over to Sierra before people clear them out.
