It is entirely a matter of preference, but if I am reconning multiple vials, I will recon the first, then extract that and recon the next vial with the stuff from the first, etc. I think Jeff made a video on this a month or two ago. The main reason I prefer it this way is that one time I was reconning 10 vials into one cart and only using .3 ml per vial was not going to dissolve them and the loss would be excessive. Things can go wrong either way, but I prefer this method.

I also used capsules from purehealthpeptides.com, BPC-157 and I was OK. They have KPV too. But I don't like that store because they have serious mistakes on their site and don't care about fixing them even after I pointed it to them.

Regarding zinc, 15mg daily is a minimum without copper. I started there with supplement. I didn't take zinc supps at all before.

Thanks guys, started with an elbow and will probably do that locally for a week then rotate to heel, then knee. Rinse and repeat. Pretty much benign supplements. D3+K2, Mg glycenate, Niacinamide, B12, sawgrass. Not expecting any of them would do worse than with normal digestive juices and anti inflammatory bits.

Yeah, I had a 3 minute mini internal beat down on myself for not wearing sunglasses as eye protection while I was walking i to the house so I could tell how badly I hurt myself. In the end, just a bruised eyeball and a skin flap. My wife did a great job with the glue and tegaderm. I feel incredibly lucky to have access to peptides, red light, etc.
