  • What’s your Tesamorelin experience?
    Y yogipepp

My rat is almost done with my 6 weeks of CJC/Ipa - which I liked. I’m thinking about doing the switch to Tesa. And would love to hear your experience or feedback with your research.

My Hume scale states my visceral fat is at “8” on their index scale, then says “low” next to it. I recently heard you want a “6” or less. Also feeling frustrated at that little pooch at the low belly that’s so hard to shift. I’m not overweight but my body fat percentage is 31.4%. Much higher than I want it to be.

Female rat, closing in on her 40’s soon, main goal is to lose fat and body recomp, but mainly get that fat percentage down! I have a great stack going, and seeing results in lowering body fat % slowly but surely, so curious if this would be a nice addition.

Did you gain water weight? If so when did it go away? How was your sleep? Joint pain or stiffness? Where did you get it from if you loved it? I’d love to hear it all!

@ValGal Mine has not been too shabby! I noticed that if I have a longer pen needle (6mm) rather than 4mm. It's an easier process. I have had a little red patch for a while, but it clears up in about an hour! NAD is the real one that gets me! I just got the buffered version and so far, wayyyyy better!

  • Sharing my stack because the results are real! 💪🏼
    Y yogipepp

    Hi friends!

I wanted to pop on here and share my stack that has kicked some serious ass (still on, btw)! Im super happy about it, and thought I would have appreciated this when I was just starting out.

First of all, my rat's goals are body recomp. My rat is a small female, so not too interested in losing a bunch of weight, since my rat has been on Tirz for 5 months and have hit my goal weight with the 2.5mg dose. Wanting to stay there. Really focused on losing the extra "fluff" and gaining more muscle definition, especially the low belly. Also interested in longevity and skin as well.

    The stack:

    Weekly:
    Sun - 2.5mg Tirz

    M-F AM:
    1mg - Mots-c
    25mg - NAD+
    1mg - 5-Amino-1MQ
    350mcg - AOD-9604

    M-F PM:
    0.5mg - CJC-1295/IPA (no dac)
    3mg - GHK-CU

Lots of pokes, which isn't the most fun, but worth it as I have been seeing the numbers change.

Life protocol: I intermittent fast in the mornings each day. 3-4x a week resistance train, with fasted cardio in the morning. (15-20 min) I take my AOD about 15 min before I hop on the stairs. I wait to eat about 2-3 hours after AOD, which feels very easy to do.

Results?! I've been on this for about 2 months (slowly titrated up as I have introduced each peptide on its own). I have gained 3 pounds on the scale. Lost 5% body fat, lost 5lbs body fat mass, gained 3lbs skeletal muscle, and 4 pounds of lean mass. Many more metics, but those are my big ones. I can see muscle definition poppin - abs, legs, arms, the whole banana. Im really pumped!

Anyhoo - Hope this is helpful if anyone is interested in body recomp! Its been fun seeing the results happen, and still looking forward to even more!

This research protocol has worked for me, but always do your own! All I know is my body really likes this one. :]

  • AOD-9604 half life/effectiveness
    Y yogipepp

My little rat also chose to start AOD. Been on it for a week now, so just beginning. I went down a serious rabbit hole with this. I, too, am using it to get that last little "layer" of fat off. In the research I have done, it seems the consensus was to stack the AOD with other peps like reta/tirz (any glp support), a GH secretagogue, and a mitochondrial pusher such as Mots-c or SLU-PP. I'm on tirz, CJC+Ipa, Mots-c, and NAD. Plus, a little GHK-Cu for the skin, health, and longevity benefits.

I know intermittent fasting is the MOST important aspect of it. I train in the morning fasted, get a bit of cardio, and resistance training in. Honestly, I feel great! Obviously, fat loss is a steady process, so I'm curious as to what the results will be. I've been tracking too on my Hume scale - down 1%, but I don't really attribute that to AOD quite yet. I'd be really curious for us to check in with each other in a month or two to see how our results are going!

I am also very curious about the half-life situation. One of the many times I wish there were more data. lol. Personally, I take it and hop on the stairmaster since I know the half lift is so short. I dunno! Researching is truly...research! lol!

  • Peptide turned to gel when reconstituted!!
    Y yogipepp

I just got AOD for my rat. Reconstituted it - AOD 10mg with 4ml of Bac Water. It turned to a thick gel/thick viscosity. What’s the deal? I’ve never seen that before!

Is it still safe? Did I get something bad, or is this something I can fix if I did something wrong?

I was definitely careful when reconstituting, put the bac water in slow and rolled it around a bi to dissolve. It was normal before it cooled down. Not foggy or anything, just thick after it hit the fridge.

    Any advice here?

  • Accelerated Fat loss Q - AOD or 5 Amino??
    Y yogipepp

    HI friends!

Currently researching to add a fat loss accelerator to my rats program. Current stack is NAD, Mots-c, low-dose tirz, and CJC+Ipa, about to add in GHKCU.

I've done some research on AOD, and I like the idea of the fat lipolysis aspect with everything else currently doing its job. Sounds great to add to my routine already. Workouts and nutrition are in good standing...well...could resistance train a BIT more a week, if I'm being honest. lol! I'll get there. Rat's bod is in pretty good shape, got the muscle definition, but want to lean out and lose the stubborn belly and thigh fat us lady rats tend to have. 😜 Nothing crazy, just that little extra fluffff.

I have heard REALLY good reviews from one doctor about AOD. He claims the human trials that were studied looked like shit because the people on them didn't have a wide enough fasting window for AOD to really do its thing. Others, I have heard, call it subpar - the trials sucked, etc., and also talk about it being taken alone is for the birds. Since my rat is stacking already (with the above-mentioned), and being that my primary focus is body recomposition. I'm curious if AOD would be a waste of money, or check out 5 Amino?

I've recently come across 5 amino 1MQ and heard it was a great addition to Mots-C for fat loss. That really piqued my curiosity. Don't know too much about it, so I thought I'd throw it out to my favorite community to see what the thought tank could boil up.

Any researchers out there experienced either one? What were your results like? Any advice, I'm all ears!

    Hi friends!

My rat keeps getting bruises when she pins. Tirz didn't bruise me, but the mots-c, cjc, and ipa, and klow are bruising! Rat is using a pen cartridge instead of the syringes like before. Is this normal? The bruises aren't crazy, but definitely leave a yellow sometimes blueish mark around an inch. They aren't super dark or anything, but definitely enough to see where the pin was. What is normal, what is not with this?? Do I have a bad batch of stuff? Is my dosage off? Help!

I just started with the CJC+Ipa from Mile high. I was impressed with the COA's and the information they provided. I like how they test multiple vials and give you the details of each. Shipping was very fast, much appreciated.

I'll come back later with results in a few months, but overall - very impressed so far!

  • Hi !! NEW PEPPER HEAD HERE !!
    Y yogipepp

    Hi E!

Im relatively new to the game too, but what I've gathered so far has been pretty great! I watched this video that Randy made about how to read the COA's from companies. Super helpful!

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FNzvaiD43go

I have been purchasing from a compound lab called Mile High Compounds - its been great so far! However, check out EZpeptides (I've heard and seen good things about that company) and the vendor directory in this site. I really like looking over the reviews to get a good grasp on what people are seeing.

What I'm doing is going to the well-reviewed pages, looking up the exact peptide, and comparing the COA's to each other from what I understand them to be. Definitely dive into your own research and look around! It's a crazy world out here these days! lol

  • Looking for research / protocol advice. Help my rat please! lol
    Y yogipepp

Hi Pep friends! Well, my rat just stepped on her Hume scale for the first time. One word comes to mind..."Humbling". To say the least. lol

Since I am so new to the research game, kinda stabbing in the dark over here, I am looking for some protocol advice, or "what would YOU do if you were my rat" type of thing. Anyone want to nerd out and be a pretend researcher for "my rat"? Let me know if this post is a no no, btw. Feel free to delete! Not looking for medical advice, for sure. Looking for protocols that you believe would work best to lose body fat and increase muscle. I am open to any advice that you feel would yeild results.

    Metrics below:

Blood panel came back clean as a whistle. Yay! Only thing that popped out was optimal levels of testosterone, but on the lower side. So, that's that.

    Hume scale (woof) :🤦🏻‍♀️

    Weight - 115 lbs (5'0 height - standard)
Body fat percentage - 33% (high)
    Lean Mass - 71.4 (standard)
Subcuntaneous Fat Mass - 33lbs (high)
    Viceral fat - 8 (low)
Skeletal muscle mass - 39.3 lbs (low)
Basal metobalic rate - 1098 (standard)
Metobolic age - 42 years (6 years OLDER than I already am! Yikes)

My rat is currently on tirz (been on it for a year, got down to goal weight, taking 3mg weekly - titrating down to 2mg in the next few weeks). Taking KLOW 4mg daily and NAD 50mg also, daily. Just purchased CJC and IPA (no dac). Waiting for in in the mail.

Any advice out there on what protocol or stack to use?? I eat clean, teach yoga, and resistance train 3-4 times a week ( in reality, I really just started resistance training a few weeks ago, so that's in the building stage). Any and all advice is welcome!

@ResearchCat Hi there! Thank you for this info! Man oh man, what a new world this is. Feel like im fumbling around youtube and this website to get a good hold on things. lol. Honestly, in really healthy shape, blood work came back great, and my little rat is a 36 female, getting ahead of the game with ageing and optimization! Or, trying to at least! 😂 My intention is to uplevel health and really optimize the body so she feels strong, has great energy through the day, gains muscle / loses a little fat / looks lean and strong like the rest of us. lol

The NAD was recommended by a friend who started taking it. In full transparency, Im shooting in the dark. Everything sounds like a good idea. lol Healthy cells? Yes please. Mitocondria working great? Yup. Healthy tissues and ligaments with glowing skin. F yes! Its all so exciting, maybe a little too exciting. haha!

Mot-c and slu-pp sound incredible too! Just not sure where to start since there isn't necessarily any dysfunction right now. If you have any advice, Im all ears!

And dosing - dear lord! I have no idea, just taking my friend's advice (she's new to the game too). I'm definitely going to look up Randy's suggestions you mentioned. I really appreciate your guidance and the warm welcome. :]

Hi! My rat has been on tirz for about a year and has done well! She’s at her ideal weight now. We just dove into the pep world and are blown away by the benefits! I decided to put her on KLOW and NAD as well, and just purchased CJC and IPA no DAC.

The NAD is 1000mg - reconstituted into 4ml of BAC to reduce the sting a bit. My rat is currently taking 20 units of that. (First week) - taking every day

The KLOW is 80mg reconstituted with 2ml. She’s currently taking 10 units of that. (Also, first week) - taking every day

Tirzepatide is at 3.5mg weekly. Wanting to titrate down to a micro dose that still affects food noise. Thinking 2mg would hopefully be ideal.

Adding in CJC&IPA (no dac) next week! Curious as to what dosing amount i should put her on?

Now, I’m brand new to this research game, so I’d like some advice. Am I on the right track here? Rat feels good, no issues. At what point do I titrate her up with NAD and KLOW?

Goals are really about optimizing a healthy rat, blood work came back in superb shape! Yay! Only thing is she’s on the optimal range of testosterone, but lower in the optimal range at 20. Nothing some rat squats and upping the protein can’t fix.

Any advice for dosing, scheduling, and cycling for my rats stack?
