It really put him at ease when we started researching. We trust this channel as much as you can trust any channel and watching her channel evolve has been informational as well. Highly recommend starting with her channel for an intro. Also, @randy has done a phenomenal job gathering resources and providing information. The individuals in these forums have been a benefit to me as I read them. As you will see everywhere, start slow, monitor results, and do one thing at a time. Peptides aren't necessarily quick fixes; we research to optimize. Optimization takes time, monitoring through measuring, and patience. Everybody is a different body; keep that in mind as you begin. Research for Epitalon should be cycled. Many conflicting ideas about dosage and duration. Some popular dosages say super low in the mcg range for 30 days, others 3-5mg every 2-3 days for 4 weeks.

Agree, patients and baby steps. On my first Reta vial I started w .5mg on my first week. I felt it right away within my first the week. Second and third week I titrated to 1mg. Fourth I titrated to 2mg. My goal was to eventually max 4mg. I had to dialed it down because I started to feel allodynia. Lesson here is find your sweet spot. With enough hunger to supplement a heathy diet of protein at the center of your meal to prevent muscle loss. Find your sweet spot, mine still is 1mg of Reta and 1mg of MOTs-C and NAD+ daily or every other day.

@tbone I started twice a day at .5mg. Did some experimenting and found .333mg x2 a day to be effective. On bad days I do .5mg x2 a day. After a pause in research I accidentally dosed 2mg at once and had no adverse effects other then being pain and inflammation free for a few hours after waking up. YMMV

@aaronmoles I was on the 7.5 a week Triz but I first did like 333mcg Reta, then the next 3 weeks i did 500mcg ,then on wk 5 i did 1mg wk 6 back to 500 mcg, then 2mg and wk 8 2mg and the last dose wk10 was 2mg. as for sides . maybe a little loose stool . but the appitite supression was very real . Now 2 weeks off the Reta still on the 7.5 Triz I will dose 250mcg of the Cagri in the morning . (note); all the extra aside from my Triz was at the mid week point (3.5 days oppisite)

My rule of thumb for this is as follows: Use as little BAC water to recon(or none), the rest should be your water of choice in the sprayer. Saline, Sterile water, or De-Ionized water. Which suits the peptide best. I have heard that Saline can affect some peptide chains, but while plausible, I found no real direction on the subject.

It was more that I started taking compound tirzepatide($500/month) and as I researched various supplements and longevity treatments, I became aware that there were clinics prescribing things like sermorelin and Wolverine stack($400/vial) and started watching videos and reading everything I could find on the topic. This led me to Peptide Sciences(RIP) and a couple other vendors, and eventually to EZ and Nexaph. The big leap for me was getting the comfort level of going from compound/T clinic supplies to various web sites. Here is a fun exercise: Has your compounding pharmacy or T Clinic (or whoever) selling you retail priced reconstituted peptides ever given you a COA? My advice is to go slow and start conservatively. In the GLP space in particular, bad math and incorrect doses can lead to illness much more so than some of the other peps, where taking too much doesn’t really do anything noticeable.
