@rain overfills are common. That’s one reason why coa’s are critical. Definitely recon at the tested level of 27 and not the 20 the vial was sold as.

@jamesfort I have plenty of confidence in the vendor but I ALWAYS filter. I had something similar happen on bpc157 (super ithcy) and realized the collagen peptides i was dumping in my coffee had something to do with it.

I have received small vials of compounded Tirz that was reconstituted with saline, but it also has other preservatives to extend its shelf life. I don’t know if that matters, or how long you are expecting your stuff to last. The 3 month vials seem to be using bac water. I have a kit coming from Nexaph today, so I am out of that market for a while.

I start my premix HVY today. I took 5 units which works out to about 6.85mgs. I am going to double it tomorrow. I need to find the sweet spot.

@lindseytharaldson I personally have had better results with nasal sprays. Your mileage may vary

That logic falls apart pretty quickly if you follow it all the way through. If you can’t trust a sterile vial or filter because you personally didn’t verify the sterility, then you also can’t trust syringes, needles, media bottles, pipette tips, or basically any sealed lab consumable. Sterile consumables exist specifically so labs don’t have to individually test every item. They’re manufactured in controlled environments and sterilized in batches, then sealed. The entire research industry runs on that model. The real variable is the supplier. If you’re buying lab-grade consumables from reputable vendors, the risk is extremely low. If you’re buying random no-name stuff from questionable sellers, that’s a different conversation. But the idea that every sterile vial or filter is suspect unless you personally test it would mean you can’t trust any manufactured lab consumable at all, which obviously isn’t how research works.

@PeptidePete Thanks for sharing your experience, this put the final nail in the coffin on my researching of this. After I did more digging, I realized the risks are too high as my rat has RA, don't need any more problems.

@michaelatherley I got slupp and tesofensine pills from solid peptides. teso helps with adhd symptoms. both speed up metabolism. i am taking a break from both because they can and will cause insomnia. i took them for 6 weeks, when I resume i will be cutting the teso pills in half and taking every other day. i will probably start taking slupp on alternate days. I'm currently testing semax/ selank and pinealon nasal sprays for adhd.

I did a research project with a vial of MT1 from Ion Peptides. The project started low with 125 mcg for 2 doses. Then progressed to a loading phase of 250 mcg daily for 14 days. Dosing in the late morning or when I was going to be in the sun (walking dogs, laying out, gardening) There is typically about an hour of feeling very slightly nauseous. I quickly learned to have a few crackers and that helped tremendously. This by no means interrupted daily activities, but I was aware of it. Hydration is always a good idea as well. I am very fair. Don't really tan but do easily burn. I can't really be in direct sun for more than 30 minutes. I have a nice tan at this point. Started showing 7-10 days after pinning. I am about to go to 2 or 3 days per week and re-assess. Good Luck!

Ok, I asked the Omniscience AI and it stated the obvious: Cloudiness indicates that the TA-1 molecules clumped together instead of dissolving. When you reconstituted the freezing cold powder, a significant portion of the Thymosin Alpha-1 molecules collapsed and clumped together (precipitated) because cold temperatures decrease peptide solubility. Because these clumps were large enough to scatter light, the 0.22-micron filter likely trapped and removed those un-dissolved clumps. Because an unpredictable amount of the peptide clumps was filtered out, your final solution is likely under-dosed. You cannot accurately know how many milligrams of TA-1 are left per milliliter. Because the solution was originally cloudy from being mixed while cold, the exact composition of your clear 5 mg/mL solution (10 mg in 2 mL BAC water) remains highly unpredictable.

@randy But how do you verify that it's not a fake AFI COA on a website (NTX peptide for example)? I don't see a way to validate with his website.

It doesn’t take much to make me laugh, sometimes in fits when something really isn’t that funny, this is one of those moments . I happened to look at the box the nasal spray bottles came in [image: 1778683696783-img_2256-resized.jpeg]

@afkar7 said in PDA,...not just holding hands: @WisGal64 said in PDA,...not just holding hands: I received my order yesterday for PDA, had wondered if anyone had researched it. Glad I found this topic. Any idea yet what dosage you will start researching with? I was reading between 250-500mcg. For that price I think I have to try. This site gives a rundown of BPC-157 and PDA, side by side comparisons, benefits, dosages etc. Some good information and I have yet to finish reviewing it. Overall, it seems that PDA is the optimized version of BPC-157, more stable and a possible longer shelf life. [https://www.pdapeptide.com/pda-peptide-vs-bpc-157/](link url)
