What are the actual reasons you all are concerned when you see a test come back with a low purity reading? Is it just cost? Or are you actually concerned there are rando things in the % that should be pure? I’ve read about how peptides are chained, and I understand they can malform when sequencing and create analog compounds - have you all actually found stuff like that in your test results?

Do a test pin with just BAC water or saline. If it still bruises it’s the pen/needle itself or the way you actually pin - if it doesn’t- it’s the pep.

The three from the 3rd party test were very similar to what the Lab reported on the COA. I will average the 6 numbers.

@Bobbish I am sending my stuff out for testing… I sent a vial out of CJC/IPA for testing at Freedom. When I posted the results in a few places (other forums, TG, etc..) I got blasted because the results that came back were a lot lower (Like 30+%) than the vendor posted test results fro Jaboshik… Everyone had an attitude, “I am a Nexaph and Janoshik hater”, "Janoshik is the Gold Stander, Any results that go against theirs are wrong”, “Freedom is known to be wrong”, “bla, bla, bla..” So I want to make sure I am using a good lab to test what I buy. I am not sending samples out overseas, way too much of a hassle. I won’t be posting any test results any more, too much time spent going back and forth with people who don’t like what the report says… I am a no one, so if I pay for something or verify something, I will always be wrong and have to deal with keyboard warriors - no thanks. I buy, I pay, I find out the information I am looking for and that is good enough for me...

@gym.rat So I have shoulder injuries that were making it almost impossible to get a good workout in. Klow has healed them enough why I can workout normal, not heavy like I am in my 20s, but normal.. I bought it from Nexaph, better price than really anywhere else except Grey. Jeff and others on here basically convinced me to try some grey. The problem is to really be in the grey area you have to be on Telegram (or Telemess as I like to call it). I did not want to learn it.. But I did and it is a mess. But I found a couple vendors on there I am trying out. My first order is only $400 some dollars. So if I loose it no big deal. I think Telegram is like going to Atlantic city, you might win big (if your order is big enough) or you may loose your money. With my calculations, it is not worth it for me to buy grey unless it is 4 or more kits of the same product at once. I have to send out 1 vial of that batch for testing, so when you do the math, I have to buy 4 kits or more to save money. Aavant is my next purchase, mid May when they release their Klow..

I'm curious to hear people's thoughts on reconstituting tirz + reta separately and filtering them both into one sterile vial. I personally am a little weary about the process especially wanting to take things slow with each compound / splitting doses throughout the week. But my mother's rat has stalled at 15mg tirz and hates the idea of multiple pokes throughout the week. Would it be a bad idea to say use 0.5ml bac water to reconstitute each compound and filter the total 1ml into a sterile vial? Has anyone had any experience/notes to share about using both tirzepatide and retatrutide? I feel more comfortable with my rat supplementing with cagrilintide while already on a tirzepatide protocol but I want to hear more about those who has researched the aforementioned blend / even just researching both with separate doses in a week.

I'm very interested in P21 and trying to determine who to buy from. Has anyone researched this Peptide? If so, I'd love to hear about your experience. My rat has limited work with Nootropics - Epithalon, Selank, Semax - and is hopeful to find more.

Just watched a very interesting Video around GLP1s and cartilage that was shared with me. I didn't find it on this site, and thought maybe some would be interested. @tony49_49 In the decreasing order of ranking: H Brand BAC Vetted trusted vendor BAC that comes with a COA that clearly shows benzyl alcohol % and pH value BOTH. H brand sterile water (yes this is okay as long as you use strict asceptic handling. Peter of Janoshik said so too). If none of the above available, hold off your research until at least one of them is available!

He is due for another dose on Wednesday night, but I told him we will skip it and I have put a label on his pen listing the new unit amount with the same 1mg dosage. I hadn't labeled the new pen. Not sure he would have looked at it anyway. He was used to clicking 20 units.

Any research that KPV has long term healing and reduced inflammation, where there is eventually no need for it or just a few times a week?

I've noticed the same discrepancy between doses offered. I've been taking 400 mcg daily for about 5 weeks. I started with 100mcg for a week and then bumped up to 200mcg for 2 weeks before moving up to 400 mcg. I can feel a little energy bump, especially when I started or if I'm fasting, but it's subtle. I was prescribed this and received it from a compounding pharmacy along with the above protocol. I honestly think I'd like try 1mg/daily, but I'm about to cycle off SLU-PP-32 and onto ATX-304.

Just following up on this; I have seen a few places where people are choosing Tesa, Ipa, CJC, or other based on whether it raises cortisol or prolactin. According to what I can find, none of them significantly increases either, though as Commander pointed out, they are wildly different dosing protocols, so it may be that one has somewhat higher effect due to the much larger dose.
