@abemedina after trying a few vendors over the last year. Ive settled on 2, nexaph and crush. Both offer great pricing/testing and offer kits. Communication and transparency in my experience have been great with both companies. As some have mentioned EZ is good for single vials as you're testing things out. Id say look at crush for single vials as well since you can build 3 or 5 vial kits with a discount added.

Hi all, I have been thinking about buying peptide kits for research purposes from providers who only do in-house testing, therefore "self"-testing is encouraged. From my understanding: Relevant labs (in Europe): Janoshik; are there any other trustworthy labs? I've also found Liquilabs s.r.o. Czech, but haven't heard from them before and dont know their pricing (would probably need to ask by email) Relevant tests (from the Janoshik website) ID, amount and purity analysis Endotoxin Analysis Sterility -> is that even needed if following @randy's advice and using a filter? Heavy Metals -> seems overkill (unless possibly relevant if one would work with GHK-Cu)? TFA Analysis -> never seen before LCMS Screening for Peptide Contamination -> would identity and purity be sufficient? theoretically there could some other peptides in the vial which can lead to degradation? CHNS Mass Report -> never seen before Testing seems expensive, and therefore my preference would be to find a balance where I can restrict testing to the most critical ones without compromising the safety of my lab rat (unfortunately, none of the peptides qualify for the Finnrick's free testing list). It seems fairly difficult to find providers in Europe who have a wide range of peptides in their offering with the respective tests in place (compared to the US) - if you know one and think that's more efficient than self-testing, please let me know. Thank you in advance for your advice and don't hesitate if you need more information.

@Snake-Pepskin Fair point, and appreciated — I hadn't considered acetic acid for kisspeptin. Good to know for next time. Here's why I still lean toward the vial rather than the recon, though: roughly 1/8 of the cake was fused to the glass wall. The other 7/8 dissolved without any trouble. If this were the compound being difficult at my concentration, I'd expect the whole cake to fight me, not for most of it to go in clean and one welded piece to hold out. The floating flakes look like residue from where it was bonded to the glass — translucent, and the two bigger ones drift around like ghosts when you shake it up. Which is admittedly kind of cool. Diluent was Hospira BAC, day 5 from cracking the seal. Used the same bottle successfully before and after this vial, so I don't think that's the variable either. My read is that it happened at lyophilization — a cake that partly collapsed or fused to the wall during freeze drying. Storage on the vendor's end is possible too; I'm taking it on trust that it was held properly. Either way, they refused a replacement, so I won't be ordering from them again.

If I was buying booger sugar, I'd get it... Makes me wonder why their supply chain needs to be tested for it. Over-hyped marketing gimmick IMO.

Good point about the food sources. I can't eat strawberries but I do eat blueberries almost daily. I will definitely look into the supplement you recommended. Thanks.

@randy Have you ported over the video of GHK dilution? It was the most helpful GHK-Cu info for me.

I would venture a guess that most people who research BPC by itself, as opposed to Wolverine Blend are on other protocols as well. Most rookies just use the blend. It’s like going to a buffet, eating 7 dishes while you’re there, and saying that it was the rice that made you sick.

@jaminwu Since we are not allowed by the rules to post external websites, I won't. BPC157 and TB500, when sold, are in a 10 or 20mg vial, and they are each equal amounts, 5 of each or 10 of each. The dosage is daily. Unless you are buying these separately. If you have major aches and pains, the recommended dose of the blend is 1000 mcg. You then Titrate down to 600-800mcg for 6-8 weeks and take time off. At least a month is what is recommended. I can tell you firsthand, as someone who couldn't get out of bed after injuring my back, it works, and it got rid of my knee and shoulder pain so much so I run without a brace now and am destroying my times. This is one of the better peptides IMO. You could purchase them separately and follow a different protocol, but that combination is probably the most widely used peptide combo, so I don't know why someone would do that.

@vpeptides I have some reconstituted now in a nasal spray and at 300 µg dose. I’m not feeling really much of anything. It does drip down my sinus though and tastes yucky. I’ll keep messing with it. See if it does anything. I already paid for it and it’s already reconstituted.

@kRazy-pep it comes down to your own risk tolerance. There are bunch of really good vendors on here. I can only comment on the ones I have tried and researched, and also my own mistakes. Most of us have been burned. Me more than once. You can't go wrong with EZ Peptides or Nexaph. I really like Glacier Aminos, Mile High, Southern, and others, but when I see Kovera as the lab, I have some concerns which may or may not be real concerns. All of those vendors do full panel testing, which includes endotoxins. If you see Janoshik, Trust Point, or Vantage as the lab, that, for me, is the gold standard as we sit here today, so keep that in mind. Just my opinion; others may disagree. Hope this helps

My insurance pays for it. My Dr. was one of the 1st to treat HIV & Lyme and goes through all that.

@ResearchCat it costs like $20 for 90 tablets at Costco or Amazon without any insurance if you have a prescription.

@trueevee I am a big fan of Mile High. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

This is the one that tested all HGH as 99.9% purity there.

Excellent read thanks for the hard work you put in. The quality of labs is becoming a big issue IMO. The better labs being backed up has caused new pop ups that may or may not be good and the increased work at some of the newly established labs has lead to quality control issues and bad or inconsistent results. We are seeing more of it people need to be aware that just seeing a lab report is not the end all, be all they think it is. If I see Vanguard, Trustpoint or Jano my faith in what I am getting is certainly higher than when I don’t. At least for now

Agree with Randy. I would call it 7 and move forward. Every vial can be different. You won't know the exact amount in your vial but it's a very good chance it will be around 7. This is why I don't bother with the decimal point. I just use the decimals to get an estimate on whether to round up or not.
