Thanks for the warning! I have been on NAD from a compounding pharmacy for a few months and was thinking of researching but now I think I will just stick with what I have been doing. Hopefully they can remedy whatever is going on soon.

Yes I have been on reta for 6 months from a compounding pharmacy. But this is my first time "researching". I have BAC water scheduled for delivery but it won't be here for another 2-3 weeks. So I may need a single 10 MG dose in the meantime. I have hospira sterile water that can be delivered much sooner so that I can use on a single dose basis. A 10 MG vial that I will use after reconstituting. Also since this is 1 time use can I inject the peptide while filtering it with out passing it through new vial. If I put into vial after filtering it, it will be immediately drawn out in full. Amd injected so can I skip that step and inject directly from filter with new sterile 5/8 needle

It also changes with time, the body adapts. I only use Lilly's Zepbound tirzepatide injections. First month 2.5 mg weekly made me lose all appetite and I lost 15 pounds in 2 months. But then, I've been taking it for 6 more months increasing the dose to 9 mg (I couldn't do more b/c of the side effects), and I didn't really lose a pound consistently.

@iMemphis18 My research baby has dealt with KP since birth. Typical treatments like exfoliating and using moisturizers with salicylic acid or urea didnt help at all. Most drs seem to say it is a overproduction of keratin but more recently studies are pointing to issues with skin barrier and systemic inflammation. Since her other issues revolve around autoimmune and inflammation, I decided to investigate peptides that address skin barrier repair, immunity and inflammation. The most effective so far for her has been LL-37 which is an antimicrobial peptide (AMP). We also do cycles of SS-31 for mitochondrial repair, TA1 & thymulin for immune issues, and TB500,BPC157 & KPV to help reduce inflammation. Skin products with ceramides are also helpful in maintain moisture and tightening the skin to reduce outbreaks. We stopped all exfoliating since that can make KP worse by inflaming the area further and possibly introducing infection. Another peptide route that is being studied is hBD-1, hBD2, (human beta-defensin 1 & 2) which is also a prominent AMP and looks promising from research but I havent been able to source it so far.

Kpv has a short half life. Those who fight chronic inflammation find it beneficial to dose twice per day. My rat gets .33-.5mg x2 per day depending on symptoms. I first researched 1x per day, saw significant improvement at x2 day.

I did a research project with a vial of MT1 from Ion Peptides. The project started low with 125 mcg for 2 doses. Then progressed to a loading phase of 250 mcg daily for 14 days. Dosing in the late morning or when I was going to be in the sun (walking dogs, laying out, gardening) There is typically about an hour of feeling very slightly nauseous. I quickly learned to have a few crackers and that helped tremendously. This by no means interrupted daily activities, but I was aware of it. Hydration is always a good idea as well. I am very fair. Don't really tan but do easily burn. I can't really be in direct sun for more than 30 minutes. I have a nice tan at this point. Started showing 7-10 days after pinning. I am about to go to 2 or 3 days per week and re-assess. Good Luck!

OMG! I'm so glad this thread came up in the Community Digest! LMAO! I think I'll follow the video made for Randy and dilute the hell out of this compound, at least at first. Sounds like top portion of the bum is the stick-it-to-me place to start. Good to know about DMSO (w/o scent, still works well), an old remedy that I always have on hand. So many people are very chronically ill and it's just sad how we're treated. In the 13 yrs. of on/off tx for Lyme + 3 co-infections with it (Babesia, Bartonella & Mycoplasma), the drugs ruptured my appendix and 5 ft. of gut (wore a poop bags 6 mos.), took out my left hip, leaving my left thigh noticeably smaller than my right, but stronger bc of titanium, both upper thighs w/stage 2 Lipedema (getting better a bit), walked w/a cane 5 years but no cane now, 6 weeks hospitalized during the process with waves of seizures & lost 50# (no GLP needed) because the sugar laden, slimy grease they call food they expect you to eat just made me sicker at the sight of it. Other than the times in surgery/recovery, I worked full-time, the entire 13 yrs., Insurance wouldn't pay for much, so there went my entire savings, and I now work full-time at a crazy-assed Sr. Living Community, (that costs a few million just to buy into) to supplement SS. When my time comes, it's hospice for me, and pray it's faster than those on dozens of drugs trying to stay alive. As with peptides, Lyme and others, there's always going to be naysayers, to the point of radical reactions, and I've learned all I can do is look at them kindly with a faint smile & think to myself, "You'll find out. A peer’s mainstream source has dropped coverage, and cannot afford to continue using name brand research products. He also has Parkinson’s and can’t do the whole recon/pen fill workflows. I just got him a kit of P2, and I told him I’d help with the workflows. I’ve read the wonderful article on this site about empirical compound quality over time, but I’m interested in the effects on the compound when it’s in a pen cartridge, not just the original vial. I want to fill multiple carts at a time for him, but I’m thinking I can only do 2 at a time. Tirz was solid in the fridge for 60 days (~92% efficacy), and each cart will last 3 weeks at a 10mg /week dose. I could try to recon 60mg in 3ml, and make it last 6 weeks per cart, but does tirz have any side effects injecting that concentrated?

in my experience as long as the vendors vetted. its usually the same. there can be fakes. where instead of mt1 its mt2. but thats not like a huge thing ive seen posted often. im pretty sure no one has the money or lawyers to compound on us soil without getting sued into another space time continuum. besides all of the precursor apis are still manufactured in china. so are you manufacturing here or assembling?hims/hers buys from india. most of these peps have company patents that are very angry you are horning in on their government backed monopoly. test every batch you buy. group buys/group tests and information are usually smart but need to have your wits about you. coas can be fake. randy just posted something a few days ago on a company. glp1forums is a wealth of information for grey vendor side of things. never try to save a buck by going with a no name vendor. as long as they come back clean and pure. even if the weights are generally correct. maybe a little high. send that shit. happy hunting.
