The instructions say each pen has 3ml of solution. That means 40mg mixed with 3ml liquid. Using Randy's handy dandy reconstitution calculator at https://peptidecritic.com/tools/peptide-calculator, you get the following. For each 1mg dose, you would turn the dial on your pen 5 units. Oral BPC-157 is bioavailable to a lesser degree than sq but still enough, maybe 80%. But orally, it affects the guts most of all, much less systemic. So, if you target the gut, it is a good option. The drops, if used under the tongue (sublingually) it's a different story, it goes straight to your blood. You need to keep it under the tongue for 10 minutes or so. Also, oral peptides should be taken 2+ hours after them meal and 30+ minutes before the meal. Another story is TB-500. If we are talking about the full 43-amino TB4, it's not really bioavailable this way. The fragment 17-23 is also considered not much bioavailable orally. Maybe sublingual way is a slightly better option, but I did not hear a good evidence for that either. Some people sell fragment 1-4 as TB-500,this is likely bioavailable, and there are some reports of its effectiveness, but I would stick to a full-sequence variant for the maximum effects.

I have never purchased from Nexaph, but TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of the naturally occurring TB-4. Here is a good explanation of the difference between them https://www.reddit.com/r/PeptideGuide/comments/1n7zdt1/thymosin_beta4_vs_tb500_whats_the_difference/

If your wife is over the age of 40, I would also look into HRT for her. This would be very effective at restoring quality of sleep for her and would do it more holistically, and work in a synergistic way with peptides. You can also look into peptides for restoring her GH levels, which also has a major influence on sleep quality. It's very likely that part of her sleep issues are rooted in hormone loss, be it progesterone, estrogen, testosterone and growth hormone.

When pinning KLOW, do you put it near an injury or systemically? I appreciate any advice.

@michaelatherley I got slupp and tesofensine pills from solid peptides. teso helps with adhd symptoms. both speed up metabolism. i am taking a break from both because they can and will cause insomnia. i took them for 6 weeks, when I resume i will be cutting the teso pills in half and taking every other day. i will probably start taking slupp on alternate days. I'm currently testing semax/ selank and pinealon nasal sprays for adhd.

Brent Pella made a new video recently where he was ‘that peptide guy’ and he was talking about the werewolf stack and now I feel like there needs to be a werewolf stack and I need to research it. Probably KLOW + CJC/Ipa + MOTS-C.

I’m curious as well about this. My research rat takes it pretty well, ISR and all, but my research bunny is complaining. I’m wondering if anyone researched GHK-Cu nasal spray .

@randy all my gelling issues come with recon 1ml BW for a 10mg vial. Last weekend I recon bottle “A” with 1.5ml and it went cloudy, out of fear of gelling I flooded with 3ml and it went clear. Used vial “A” to recon vial “B” and got flakes. After 24hrs things did dissolve. Transferred to pen vial and been researching this week with it. No issues and still clear.

My little rat also chose to start AOD. Been on it for a week now, so just beginning. I went down a serious rabbit hole with this. I, too, am using it to get that last little "layer" of fat off. In the research I have done, it seems the consensus was to stack the AOD with other peps like reta/tirz (any glp support), a GH secretagogue, and a mitochondrial pusher such as Mots-c or SLU-PP. I'm on tirz, CJC+Ipa, Mots-c, and NAD. Plus, a little GHK-Cu for the skin, health, and longevity benefits. I know intermittent fasting is the MOST important aspect of it. I train in the morning fasted, get a bit of cardio, and resistance training in. Honestly, I feel great! Obviously, fat loss is a steady process, so I'm curious as to what the results will be. I've been tracking too on my Hume scale - down 1%, but I don't really attribute that to AOD quite yet. I'd be really curious for us to check in with each other in a month or two to see how our results are going! I am also very curious about the half-life situation. One of the many times I wish there were more data. lol. Personally, I take it and hop on the stairmaster since I know the half lift is so short. I dunno! Researching is truly...research! lol!

I second the biomed filters from Amazon. Of course I only get them when Randy is out of stock on this site.

Just put the SNAP into the HA. That's what I did the very first vial. I had SNAP and GHK-cu in it. This one only has the GHK-cu. I am ordering SNAP and I will have 2 bottles. One will have SNAP and GHK-cu in the HA for my face. The other one will be just the GHK-cu in the HA and that will be for my arms, hands and chest.

First time got some mix and match of 2, 5, 10ml vials from Medlab. To my surprise, they look much bigger than their claimed capacity. I compared 2ml side by side to the regular 3ml lyophilized pep vial and it's exactly the same. 5ml looks so gigantic that I feel it might hold up to 7ml or more. 10ml same thing. What's going on here? Is this intentional assuming we leave some empty headspace in vials?
