I like keeping a bit of a diary here in case it is helpful. I find that when I am doing my prep, I often refer back to Randy’s videos to make sure I am doing things right.
Today I was reconning 3 MOTS-C vials and loading into a pen, 2 vials of NAD+(500mg buffered), 3 vials of Tesa, and 4 vials of ARA-290 for the bride’s rat.
As you can see, there is a lot of prep gear to be used for this since I am basically running 4 lines at once. Everything went smoothly, though I have to say that my fixation with process and cleanliness ran directly into my desire for economy.
Once done, I loaded the carts into one of my Gansulins, a V2, and a new V1 I just got. Most of the stuff you see is either available through Peptide Critic or is the same stuff used in the videos.
There is always a lesson. This week’s lesson, actually last week’s, is to recon NAD+ with 2.5ml instead of 3ml. If I use 3ml, then by the time I have dissolved both vials, the volume is more like 4ml and it won’t fit into a cartridge. There is a lot of stuff in a 500mg vial, and not just filler.
