@Sunshine_day I think that's a GLP/GIP due to be released late this year or early 2027. There was a video I posted here; about 15 different ones to be rescheduled & made available.

Just a little update on my progress: Split dosing is going well! I'm up to 2 mg twice a week. I downloaded Shotsy so I can keep track of my doses and know where my levels are. I took advantage of the Nexaph sale and picked up a kit of 20 mg Tirz, since my initial kit of 10 mg isn't going to last as long as I'd thought. Interestingly enough, I actually have further to cut than I'd thought. I guess we all underestimate our BF%, as I'm already down 7 pounds since the beginning of June and I probably have 20 more to go.

@BeeKind First find a good source. Always start with .5mg=500mcgs and titrate up until you dial a sweet spot. You can go up and down on your dose. 1mg-2mg that has been most sweet spot. Your sweet spot should be feeling hungry but fill up quick, impulsive food noise such as munching, close to or completely gone all while you burn calories 24/7 do to glucagon. The hunger allows you to eat enough protein and micronutrients to maintain muscle. Use that sweet spot to tune up your diet and start moving, xercise is very important. The more muscle maintained the better you metabolism. You need to do your part. No way around it. Peptides are great tools, if use wisely it can get you there alot quicker then will alone. You can also combine them with AAS, SARM, supplements... Do your home work. The better you know about Reta the better you can navigate. Reta can be stacked depending on your needs. Need a little energy while on Reta? Do Reta and MOTSc. Want to really burn fat? Do Reta with Tesa or like me. Reta + 5amino 1mq and cardanine or Slupp332 instead of cardanine. Reta w Cagrilintide for more hunger suppression. There are many combos you just have to find yours. You can just sit on these. You need to move. "Andale andale arriba arriba"! Reta is amazing, the weight loss is just a product of what is really doing. Dont forget "You're the mouse" so research wisely. All the above are my personal opinion fro m trial and error and still learning. Just consider me as a catalyst like many here. Happy searching. Just find the least effective dose.

Just pull a little air in with the pointy end pointing down. Give it a couple gentle flicks. The bubble will rise to the plunger. Keep it pointed while injecting so the bubble stays at the plunger. If you are doing subq you dont have to worry about a air embolism. If you are going into your muscle you still dont have to worry about an air embolism until you get to a couple cc of air.

I started low and slow daily to make sure I wasn't allergic. Then switched to 10mg/week spread out MWF. Now I'm back to taking daily 1mg (might bump to 2) because the afternoons of my injection days I would be dragging. At first Mots made me feel like Superman. I started Ss31 because of the afternoon drag, but that didn't help. So I'm trying daily again.

AI gets its knowledge from the texts online but in this area the best texts are not written yet, so only some guesses, ideas and personal stories are often quoted. Example: Q: What can be said about Cortagen and it's usage, doses and results? A: Cortagen is a bioregulator peptide mainly used for nerve regeneration, brain tissue repair, and overall cognitive function. Typical protocols run about 10mg daily subQ for 10-20 days. But many sites suggest 1mg a day. And one respected researcher insists that doses outside about 100-300mcg range instead of anxiolysis, antidepressant and locomotion enhancement will give you the opposite: anxiety and reduced locomotion, based on rodent studies. Are you ready to trust AI and use 10mg?

In terms of testing. My new protocol would be to first test for purity, get results and see where they fall. If its like I have seen on everything I have sent out (over 10 now) and its 99.5% or greater, there is like a .01% chance of something else being bad, but for my own sanity, I will take the next step and do Sterility and send in another vial. After that, I am good to go. I filter as well. When I think about relying on the testing from a vendor, I have lots of concerns, not just about the lab, but the fact that they are testing a couple of vials out of 1000's and choosing those vials. Another reason Nexaph is great. You have third-party testing and boatloads of users. Still, at least on my own its random out of 20 or so.

@BeeKind 6+ Weeks using 1mg/week and it's honestly been great. Before this I was researching reta with a local vendor and it feels similar. Keep me posted if you find anything out as this is likely going to end up being one of my main vendors alongside Crush and MH if I can actually can get product from Crush

@gym.rat I did read the full write up but have a question regarding sequence. Am posting a separate thread on this and appreciate yours and everyone's knowledge on this.

I enjoyed the comments more than Stossel calling her out. Really wish he kicked her in the tits about the COVID vaccines though.

Yeah, I almost mentioned that we are not the target audience for most of this stuff. Some of it might be useful down the road, like when there is a cheap once a month NA-931 pill - assuming that works as advertised. There are some treatments for LP(a) in various stages of clinical trials that are twice a year injections that completely shut down your body’s production of LP(a). (alipoprotein a is a cholesterol type protein that causes very high risk of heart disease and stroke and is almost purely genetic.). There are a lot of really interesting RNA and other type drugs coming.

@mrjoshua44 Nice article, thank you! Survo is undoubtedly causing my liver to cut loose with dumping sugar into my bloodstream. Think it's the reason for reflux, nausea, etc, that I don't and never did have on Tirz alone.

Nothing new about Pharma trying to kill our wallets But just like people that get them from Canada and other countries we can do the same. The hardest part is figuring out what the other countries use. People on here from other countries are best to advise us on this.. I have no idea what the UK, Australia, and other countries use, but they must use something. And I bet we can get it sent here like we do everything else..

You may take a blood test for IGF-1 to see how your current protocol affects you. Usually 120 to 200 ng/mL is the normal range with about 160 to be optimal. Your base line may be 120-130, you would need to measure it outside of your research cycles. If you get it a lot over 200 it may be too much and have side effects for your health, probably something in the range of around 200 is OK for the protocol temporarily.

@Eleanor Not really, you get it. You don't have to be there to understand. You just need to be sweating bullets in a humid region one time and anyone will get it.

@TheHazmatGuy I'm not disagreeing with you however, if you are buying on the grey market how much are you spending for third party testing? Or lab work? Sure, I've purchased backup vials of both Tirzepatide and Reta, and have purchased many kits from Nexaph. But like I said in my post, I like having the ability to message my Telehealth provider and Nutritionist whenever I have a question or concern. I'm doing things by the book as much as I can. I value the relationship I have with my PCP. I'm not going to go out Doc shopping just to find one that doesn't care what I put in my body.

But, again vendors COAs don’t really mean anything. Third party tests are better. Testing yourself is the best...
